I wish I had taken a before and after picture of the carpet.  I seriously considered replacing the carpet it was so bad.  The cleaning with something called a roto vac did an unbelievable job. I swear the carpet looks new!.  Allen is the owner/operator and was on time and one of the nicest people I have ever met. I am so glad to have found him on Angie's List and will never use another carpet cleaner again.  He did an amazing job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him. you will not be disappointed.
