They did a great job.  Josh did the flooring.  He was a perfectionist and did an excellent job.

They are excellent.  They are fast, beyond neat, professional, and they perform great work.

We chose Carpet Concepts because they were listed as a local Mohawk vendor. We knew we wanted to replace our old carpet with eco-friendly Smartstrand carpet, but had heard horror stories about installation nightmares through big box stores. Dave was friendly and communicative when we visited the store-- free carpet samples arrived within the week, and Dave was quick to provide an in-home estimate without any high-pressure sales tactics. The price seemed competitive and the customer service was excellent, so we decided to move forward with Carpet Concepts-- and I'm glad we did. The two-man installation crew was punctual, polite, and efficient, and the carpet looks great. A good experience from start to finish... we're very pleased. 

I ended up spending more on the flooring than I anticipated initially when I was shopping around, but the estimate and final cost was exactly what Dave stated in his initial e-mail, so no criticism there. It was an expensive vinyl, because it was removable I think, but I didn't really shop around for prices. I don't know how competitive their price was compared to others, but the quality and professionalism was great!

Before I went to the store, someone came to the house to measure, so that the information would be in the computer. At the store, Doug recommended a Berber as the best for my lifestyle. He showed me several samples, and let me take a couple samples home to see how they looked in the actual rooms. I left the showroom with a price quote, since they already had the measurements. The carpet came in quickly after I decided to buy. They were able to schedule me quickly, and arrived at my house within the scheduled time frame. The installers did a good job. They were able to move furniture around carefully, even dealing safely with a very heavy old upright piano. The edges and seams look good. I was given some useful advice on proper maintenance of Berber carpeting, including loose threads.

We had Laminate placed over top of our existing hardwood in our kitchen. Our floor was uneven so they had to level our floor before anything could be done. All the other companies said that they couldn't do it. They did some little extra things to help us out as well. The carpet guys did one floor one day and the other floor the next. They moved all our furniture very carefully. They did a wonderful job! The Vinyl guy was in and out in 4 hours. I have yet to find a flaw. Soon after having our floors put in, we got central air, so the flooring guys offered to come back and cut the carpet so that we did not ruin there flawless job. Scott, the salesman, was very helpful when selling us the products. We have 2 children and a dog so durability was a must as well as the cost. He offered a lot of different suggestions and was very dependable on what he said. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would use them over and over again.....

We visited the show room, picked a grade and color we thought was right for us and took a sample home. We visited Home Depot to comparison shop and although we didn't find the identical carpeting, we were able to see that Carpet Concepts pricing was competitive. The salesman then made an appointment to measure the rooms to be carpeted. I discussed whether the 12 or 15 foot width made more sense. We finally agreed on the 12 foot width which knocked about $250 off the final price and that's because the initial estimate specified the 15 foot width. Each installation is unique. The guy who removed the old carpeting was clever and efficient; he cut smaller pieces, rolled and removed them as he worked. Bonus: he was a talker and sounded just like Jeff Foxworthy. I asked him to say, "You know you're a red neck! The two installers were experienced and took pride in their work. I am very pleased with the seaming job. We are very pleased with the quality and workmanship of the carpet.

The jobs were completed in a timely fashion and stayed at the estimated price. The sales representative was helpful in selecting the flooring and they allowed you ample time to bring the samples home to see how they looked in your house.

Installer was on time and very efficient. Did an excellent job.

CARPET CONCEPT DELIVERED THE CARPET IN THE TIME FRAME SPECIFIED. THEY REMOVED THE OLD CARPET AND PADDING. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND VERY CONSCIENCE'S OF THEIR WORK. CLEAN UP WAS ALSO NICE.
