Their arrival was going to be delayed by about 30 minutes and he called as soon as he knew that. His new expected arrival time was precise. Kenny initially bid high telling me that if the rooms were smaller he would adjust the price onsite. When they arrived and saw the square footage he immediately reduced the price. They were extremely professional. Some dents in the carpet from heavy furniture would take some work to remove and since it would be labor intensive he told me what I could do myself, saving his labor costs. 22 year old carpet now looks awesome!

Father and daughter team showed up as planned and went straight to work. We had some buckles, not just wrinkles, plus the room lay out was tricky with a column. They moved the furniture, no small knock knack stuff, just the big stuff. Once they got close to being finished they called in their cleaning truck, very coordinated approach so nobody was tripping over each other. The cleaning solution was all natural and when everything was done the carpet looked absolutely new.  <br /> The carpet is original to the house (12yrs) and was stretched just after we moved in because the installation was pretty poorly done by the builder. Nobody lives in the upstairs so the carpet had no wear, just unsightly wrinkles and buckles. <br /> Carpet CPR made it look new, in fact better than new. Great folks. <br /> <br />

They did a great job.  The appearance of my carpet went from embarrassing to presentable. While the pet stains did not come completely out they did explain to me the potential results so I'm happy. They've cleaned my carpet before and I will use them again. <br />

When I scheduled with Kenny, I was needing someone rather quickly.  I was able to schedule it for within 2 days of the call.  The service guy was very punctual and very professional.  He was able to bring my berber carpets back to life!  I was amazed at how clean he got them and then how he was able to get up some stains that I had tried everything on but was unsuccessful.  He even gave me tips on how to clean up stains until the next visit.  I was very pleased with this service and plan to use them again in the future! <br />

They were great and did a wonderful job.  They were on time and I would use them again in the future.  The price was very reasonable.  I paid exactly what I would expect to pay for this kind of work.  I would grade the an A+ if it was possible.

I had a great experience with this company. They do excellent work at a fair price. They were able to take the wrinkles out of carpet in three rooms when two other companies couldn't. They also installed new carpet in our master bedroom and did an excellent job. <br />

Carpet CPR is THE ONLY carpet install & clean group I will ever use.  Don't waste your time on anyone else. Kenny is knowledgeable,punctual, polite, considerate and professional.

Dog upchucked on large area rug.  Rug had never been cleaned in ten years ( these reviews ARE anonymous, right?) and two moves. Spot cleaning was not going to solve the issue, so called Kenny.  He showed up, moved the furniture and took the rug offsite to wash and dry.  Came back looking better than when we bought it.   <br />

The first time they actually bleached an area for pet damage and replaced the padding and we were very happy with the results. So we called him again to come clean our carpet in early September to clean and deodorize the entire house and again we were very happy with the thorough job and will call them again.  The only problem I had was I called him the week before Labor Day and he was going out of town so I had to wait until he returned.  But he was worth the wait. <br />

He does excellent excellent work. They came out far to give us an estimate and when he came out to do it he was right on time. It was a great experience. Very professional when he was here.
