Ruth was very fast/responsive when reaching out for a quote, scheduling, and performing the service. I only had a one room job and the results were great. Ruth also took the time to explain the product used and had a generous purchase offer for a package we could keep for home use. Will definitely use again for future carpet cleaning needs.

Incomplete job after further inspection. Closets and corners not vacuumed and cleaned.

I requested quotes from 3 carpet cleaning companies from Angi's listings and Ruth was the first and only one to call me. I knew this cleaning process was non-steam clean and was a little skeptical, but the reviews don't lie so I gave it a try. Ruth showed up within the time-frame given and brought a bag and a vacuum into the house. I have 20 year old berber carpet and 2 house dogs ( a golden & min pin). After she made a quick evaluation of my carpet, she said there was a gray haze over it from chemicals left in it from the previous steam cleaning. Wow, this powder process worked great on all 3 rooms. My carpets look almost new. Ruth was very polite, respectful and made sure I was completely satisficed with the work before she left. The company was very responsive to my request and made sure all my questions were answered before I scheduled the appt. I actually called in twice. I was scheduled for an afternoon appt but they had a cancellation and called me to ask if they could come earlier. I was already working from home so that was fine with me. <br /> The young woman that came to clean the carpets was very professional! She showed me the product she was going to on the carpets and explained exactly how it works. The estimate that I got over the phone was pretty spot on. Plus, there was a $30 coupon I was able to use as well. My carpet in any given room wasn't in terrible shape. Little spots here and there plus i have 2 dogs so it needed to be freshened up. The carpets smelled so good after she was done and best thing was they were COMPLETELY DRY! I don't think there was one spot in the house they couldn't get out. I was very pleased with the results. The company also offers the cleaning product by the tub for $30 but I didnt purchase it, but wish I had. I thought they were a little expensive but I am happy I decided to use Carpet Dry Clean. I would use them again. <br />

The carpets were cleaned thoroughly. They still look and smell fresh. We recently sold our house after they had finished with our carpets.
