The delivery and installation was on time and done very well. The salesperson, Fariba, was attentive to questions and answered the phone even after the sale. It was a great experience.

Everyone that I dealt with from Tony in Sales to the schedlulers, to the installers did a great job. Everyone was courteous, and very good at their jobs.

We had a fantastic experience replacing carpet in our home with Carpeteria. Natalie was fantastic to work with and quickly gave us a quote on the specific carpet we were interested in. Their price beat all the other quotes we received, and they were able to secure the carpet for us quickly. Ursula was able to schedule our installation within 2 weeks of ordering and even called us when the carpet arrived early (and they were able to move our installation up by a day). Joe & Dave did a wonderful job installing the carpet. We couldn’t be happier with our new carpet! We will definitely use Carpeteria for all of our future flooring needs.

We experienced a slight delay at the start of the project due to some leveling issues, but once those were resolved, the crew worked efficiently and completed the entire first floor in just two days. We’re very happy with the results. The team did an excellent job repainting and reinstalling the baseboards, and they even moved all of our furniture back in from the garage upon completion. Overall, excellent work.

Install went fast and easy except for one hiccup. Installer found a leak from my bathroom into the pantry so we had to halt install so I could repair and let the subfloor dry out. When ready, Aaron was back timely and finished the job. Aaron went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and I was happy.

I visited the Morena location. Gary was very helpful and professional. He helped me to select my new carpet and tile. He explained the Carpet One installation system. I was very happy with the whole process. I highly reccomend Carpeteria Carpet One.

<p>Carpeteria's sales agent was pleasantly low keyed, but very knowledgeable and helpful. When he came to my home he helped with problem solving and was reassuring about my installation concerns. He was a pleasure to work with. Carpet removal and installation in a large condominium complex can present a number of challenges. Carpeteria installers effectively dealt with issues around parking, access, a small elevator, work space as well as strata rules and regs. The quality of the carpet is wonderful and the installation very well done. </p> <br />
