Kathy gave me advice on how to proceed which was what I was looking for. Our first conversation was on July 29th and the job was done on August 19. I was hoping to match my existing hardwood. However Kathy was upfront that this is very difficult to do as existing hard wood in my living/dining/kitchen is 15 years old and has aged. Kathy provided a sample that I agreed seemed to blend well. Now that the floors are installed, you can tell that it is different wood in the bedrooms, but I feel like Kathy was upfront about this. The floors in the bedroom are beautiful and the workmanship was excellent. I think once furniture is in and carpet are down the demarcation will be less noticeable.

I am so glad I found Kathy and her crew, they did an excellent job replacing all of my upstairs carpet and the carpet on my stairs. I've been living with the new carpet for a few months now and I'm still completely satisfied. I really relied on Kathy's guidance since this was my first experience getting carpet installed, and I really enjoyed the experience.

It went very well. The only problem was that there was not enough allowance for the hvac floor registers to fit back into the vents. I had to cut back carpet to get them to fit. Otherwise I was very pleased. If I had not been preoccupied with other contractors at the time, I might have caught it and had the carpet installer make the cuts before he left. I am most pleased with the carpet. Kathy Ranalli was very responsive and kept me up to date via text and phone on the progress and follow up on my project.

Everything went better than I expected. Kathy was more than happy to swing by a few times with different color/quality samples until I was comfortable in my decision of which carpet to go with. She was also very flexible on times that she could meet which was of great benefit to me. The install went off without a hitch. Justin and his team were fantastic. They had all of the old carpet/padding removed in less than an hour and were finished with everything in around 6 hours (had a ton of stairs to carpet and staple to). It feels like I'm walking on a cloud now and couldn't be happier. For anyone who hasn't gone through this process, I would just add to make sure to be concise about what you are thinking. It might save a trip or two. I was kind of all over the map and slightly overwhelmed trying to make a decision from the small samples. Just communicate clearly what your thoughts are and Kathy is more than happy to help!

The process went very well. I'm a Realtor and have worked with Carpet Ladies several times in the past replacing floors to get homes ready for the market; each project was done on time, at a great price, and with exceptional service and quality. We used Carpet Ladies Company to remove old carpet and install new carpet in our entire upstairs. They were great to work with and reasonably priced. The installers did a great job too. They were very helpful, neat and clean. We are very pleased with the outcome.

We own a rental property, and it was time for new carpet. We contacted Kathy, and she came out quickly to measure and assess our needs. The great thing about Kathy is she doesn't "up-sell" for the sake of making a better profit. She knew this job needed lower grade carpet which would hide stains well, and brought over samples accordingly. Her pricing is competitive with the big box stores, but in this case you have direct contact with the owner in case anything went wrong. (It didn't). She called us the day before install to confirm, and everything went as planned. We will be using her again when the time comes to redo our primary residence.

Kathy came to my house to measure and show me carpet samples. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in providing advice and guidance to make my carpet selections. She very provided a price quote on the spot, which was reasonable and probably less than Home Depot etc., but she did not pressure me to make a decision right away. I contacted her the next day and said we were ready to move forward with the work. I paid the deposit, and she scheduled us within about one week. The carpet installer came when expected, and he was professional and very efficient. Kathy came to inspect the job and make sure we were happy with the work before we made our final payment. We were very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend them.

When I invited three different contractors to make bids on my flooring project i could tell Kathy, the owner of Carpet Ladies Co. really cared and wanted this job. Kathy went out of her way to make sure that I had the perfect laminate that matched both my existing hardwood floors and my budget. She also went out of her way to find the best vinyl for my kitchen after I kept choosing discontinued samples. She stays ahead of every detail, down the transition strips-- and she has the intuition to anticipate all the needs of the installers to make sure they had all their materials to get the job done. I would like to personally thank Jerry Reed, the laminate installer, for an amazing job. He was personable, friendly, efficient, very helpful and a pleasure to have in my home. Not only did Kathy do an outstanding job on the new flooring in my house, I feel like I made a new friend. We just bought a new home that was in desperate need of some new carpet upstairs. I'm so, so glad we trusted our new carpet with Kathy. She helped us stick to a budget, and brought over some samples during our first meeting that nailed the look we were going for. She gave realistic expectations, didn't try and oversell us on anything we didn't need, and delivered on all of her promises. She was also AWESOME with communication. We've had a lot of people coming and going doing projects lately, and sometimes they just do their own thing without letting us know what the status of the project is—not Kathy. She called and text every step of the way, and always kept us in the loop which we really, really appreciated. And good lord, the lady is an expect, just trust her. I had to remind myself of this several times because I'm just so indecisive when it comes to big design decisions. It's so hard to tell with the overall room will look like and how soft something will be from a sample, but she knows her stuff. I was so worried we weren't going light enough, or dense enough with the fibers. But she knew better and helped guide us to the perfect choice! We went with a medium grade carpet (DreamWeaver Style: Lux Color 730, Ivory, Textured Plush) with an 8lb pad and it feels like heaven. Like I said, I was worried it wasn't going to be good enough because it wasn't the most expensive choice out there, but it ended up being amazing. The perfect balance between plush and dense, and relatively affordable. Plus it looks absolutely beautiful! Our instillation was a breeze as well, and Tommy was great. He worked so hard all day and so, so friendly and professional. I'd absolutely trust him to do any installs we need in the future. All in all, I'd highly recommend them. Awesome people, professional, friendly, and they really do an amazing job. You can't go wrong!

We had a great experience with Carpet Ladies. Prior to contacting Carpet Ladies, we had chosen another carpet company that was referred to us by a friend. After a great initial meeting and receiving an estimate, the owner of the company became MIA. Phone calls were not returned, or if they were returned it was over a week later. After being extremely patient for over a month, we finally gave up and I checked carpet layers through Angie's List. I called Carpet Ladies one evening (after normal business hours) and received an immediate response via email. The owner, Kathy, called me the next morning and we scheduled a time to meet. Kathy arrived on time and we had a detailed conversation regarding our needs and our budget. She gave suggestions on color and grade of carpet. We settled on a color we liked, but the quality was more of a builder's grade. My husband and I really wanted something that was in the middle as far as quality so Kathy said she would see what she could do. She emailed me that evening to notify us that she found something that met our needs. After a second meeting where we could actually see and touch the new carpet (I so appreciated another visit right before the holidays!), we agreed to go with the carpet she recommended. The price was within our budget and we really appreciated that there was no up-selling. Kathy really tried to work within our means. <br /> We scheduled a date to install the new carpet; however, close to that date my husband and I became ill and I had to reschedule. Kathy was very accommodating with scheduling a new date and I really appreciated her suggestion that it would be a great time to paint any rooms prior to installing the new carpet. I took her advice and am so glad that I now not only have new carpet, but freshly painted walls in two of the rooms! <br /> The day of installation went better than I could have imagined! Workers came early to rip out the old carpet and they were very professional and went right to work. While we tried to move most of the furniture ourselves, they did have to move the larger and more heavy items and did so without any problems or complaints. Kathy arrived a bit later with the new carpet and padding and some more workers. After 7-8 hours of solid work, every carpeted service in our home (living room, dining room, hallways, stairs, landing, three bedrooms , 2 small closets and a huge walk-in closet) was carpeted. Kathy went through every room and when she noticed a few places that needed to be kicked in a little tighter (some that we never even noticed), she had her team fix it. <br /> After our failed first attempt at purchasing carpet, the end result with Carpet Ladies was a dream. There was no drama, Kathy was <em>always</em> very prompt in responding to any questions. What really meant the most was before she left she said this wasn't our last contact - if there were any issues at all, she wanted to know and it would be taken care of immediately. How refreshing! <br /> We highly recommend Carpet Ladies for installation of new carpet and we will use them again without hesitation! <br />

Everything turned out fantastic! The crew did all of the heavy duty work including demo of the old floors, repair and preparation of the subfloors, and installing the new materials. They hauled all of our old carpet and vinyl material away. We purchased our own laminate and tile products and Kathy took care of the rest. She was even able to schedule our tile project at the last minute (not part of the original bid) when another contractor fell through. She was very easy to stay in contact with and always provided updates on the progress. She was also very upfront about the costs so I knew exactly what to expect during each stage of the project. I would definitely recommend Carpet Ladies for any type of flooring job and I am grateful for all of their hard work! <br />

Overall I would recommend the Carpet Ladies. The job started with punctuality and great customer service. Kathy was our contact and estimator. Her thorough knowledge of flooring helped us choose the product that was perfect for our home. We decided to use a Berber carpet; Shaw Tuftex from California a 100% BCF to be specific. The installers were very careful with the baseboards and did not cause any damage to our home. The only set back during the job was due to the manufacture not sending a large cut of carpet. Kathy explained that getting all the same cuts from a single role is very important to ensure all the carpet matches. Once the job was finished we were very pleased. The price was competitive especially considering they fixed the squeaks and installed a new pad. The carpet is nearing a year old and it looks perfect. Thank you Carpet Ladies! <br />

I thought my carpets were ready for replacement and didn't think they could be brought back to life again. I spoke with the owner on the phone and based on the carpets age and my description she recommended stretching and a deep clean. Once she came out and evaluated, she said I should be able to get a couple more years out of the carpet after doing this. The stretch went beautifully and only cost a fraction of replacement ($200 instead of $1000), which totally worked with our budget for now. She gave me a recommendation for a good carpet cleaning company based on the condition of my carpets. She also brought out a few carpet samples for me to look at to give me an idea of what they would recommend based on my style and budget needs. I will be calling them back when it's time to replace. I had no idea they would be as affordable as they were. They were very helpful with ZERO pressure. <br /> Overall I had a great experience with The Carpet Ladies. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. The appointment before me went over and pushed them later getting to my house to perform the work, but the owner was at my house at the appointment time until the tech to could get there. This gave us time to do a final evaluation of the carpet and discuss any future needs. Although it took them a bit longer to get here than expected, she kept in touch with the tech and updated me so I knew they were trying to get here. Since i had a newborn, it made it a little tougher to tend to the baby and be with her for that long. (The ONLY reason I marked down a grade on punctuality and professionalism). She did not need to be at my house for that long, but I understand she did not realize the other appointment was going to run over that long either. Good to know they will not rush out of your house and cut you short to be somewhere else. They will ensure you are happy and your needs are met. I'd much prefer that and waiting than a job half done or cared for. They did a great job for me and left my house clean and in order. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

I was contacted immediately upon purchase of big deal. Then I had to delay use of coupon because of personal issues. When I was ready and re-contacted the company, I was scheduled on one of the dates I requested service to be performed. The day before the appointment, I was contacted by the owner of the company with more details regarding time of arrival. I understood from the initial visit what was required of me in order for the service to be provided and how much additional cost was involved if I had the company to help me move the furniture. I also received a phone call to tell me they were on the way the day of service. It took about 1.5 hours and was very smooth and painless. Looks great!! No more wrinkles in my carpet!! <br />
