We had a 2 rooms of carpet that had bubbles and was raised up in several spots but the carpet was still in great condition. Charlie came and looked at the job and told me it did not need to be replaced they could be re-stretched. He saved us a lot of money and the rug s look new again! What a great experience!! Would definitely recommend and hire him back in the future!!!

Charlie from Carpetman of WNY arrived at my house on time, completely professional. He did an amazing job! He cleaned up everything, I'm a single girl it was hard to move some furniture by myself. He moved it all and put it back for a small fee. It was so worth it!! He installed 2 rooms of new carpet and in my basement he restretched a carpet that had alot of bubbles in it from another company. Charlie had it looking perfect in no time! I love the transformation. I would hire him back at any time!! Thanks Charlie!!!

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Charlie to anyone looking for carpet installation/repairs or a re-stretch. He's always on time, courteous, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very talented. His prices are beyond reasonable. He has done several new installations and several re- stretches for me at my rental and I would never look any further than Charlie at carpetmanofwny@gmail.com !!!! No hassle, no fuss, we don't even have to be there most of the time. Very trustworthy individuals, he does a great job too. The carpets are amazing. He's also very good on repairs too. Very good for investors! I don't have anyone else to do my work when it comes to carpeting.
