Carpet Pharmacy

The man was very polite and very informative. He told me exactly what have been done. And he also told me how much it will cost before he even started anything. He also used a special piece of equipment. When he was finished, he asked me if I was satisfied with it or if I had any problem just give him a call. He was really good. He did a great job. I haven’t had a problem anymore. I would recommend him.

The back story: I had the house completely redecorated in 1999.  Ceilings sheetrocked, old carpet hauled away, everything painted, new carpet installed throughout except kitchen and baths.  Over the years, the new carpet started to get wrinkles.  I didn't know there was a solution, so I lived with it.  When I had some upholstery cleaning, they recommended Carpet Pharmacy, so I called George.  George gave me an estimate and we agreed on a schedule. <br /> George and Kevin arrived as scheduled.  They had all the professional equipment to properly tension my carpet.  The area included LR/DR, hallway and 3 BRs.  They were here for nearly 4 hours. <br /> They worked without having to move major pieces of furniture (piano, china).  He trimmed nearly 1" off one edge of the LR/DR carpet, and smaller amounts in the hallway and BRs.  The carpet lays flat everywhere now.  Great job guys! <br /> Good guys to work with too.

George arrived on time, looked over the job and gave me a price.  We negotiated a bit and then he did the work.  It came out even better then i expected.  The guys moved furniture as needed and put it all back.  I had my entire upstairs done in about two hours.I would have to say that the job came out better then i expected and was certainly worthwhile

George returned my call the same day and performed the service that same evening.  George was punctual and fully explained the process for stretching my carpet and the price for the service.  He did a great job and the really cool part was that he was able to stretch the carpet without having to remove the furniture.  If I knew it would be this easy, I would have had the job done a long time ago!!

The ownder of the company George was so polite on the telephone & very accomodating for an appointment. He came to the house himself for the estimate & returned for the repair work. We just had tile put in our basement & the carpet around it was un-finished - a mess. He did a fantastic job. Will always keep his card & would definately use him in the future. I would recommend him highly. Very nice man - down to earth & very professional as well.

When I first contacted them, they told me exactly what they were going to do, showed up, did the job, cleaned up and moved everything back to place.  The whole experience was a pleasure.  They saved me from getting another rug or throwing it out.

He was very polite, very neat and he was very fair and reasonable with the price. He was very professional, he vacuumed after he finished and cleaned up.

They arrived when they said they would.  They were pleasant and efficient.  I would recommend them and would use them again in the future if needed.l

Basement carpet damaged during heavy rain. Had carpet cleaned and as part of package George replaced rug pad and retacked carpet. He was professional and accommodated our time needs. At the time we were looking into water proofing basement with french drain. In addition to giving us advice on the phone about basement waterproofing (going above and beyond since his job was only related to the carpet.) he arranged his services around when our drain was dug. Would use again.
