They installed my carpet in a timely manner. Installers did a great job. I would go back to Carpets Direct!

It was very good. They were punctual, courteous and they did the job complete.

From the first call (which was immediately after I submitted the estimate request) all staff was extremely prompt and professional. Answered all of my questions with excellent knowledge base. Brought samples to my home to get the right option and answer questions. They were able to do the install quickly after the flooring was selected and the contractor was amazing. Needless to say, we have a bit of a challenging house (it's round), and they nailed it. Our house is completely transformed. I would recommend this company to anyone. Next is our carpets- and they will definitely be the company I work with again- no question!

there were 2 installers who were on time and very professional. did the work in 1 day and covered the floor with cardboard <br /> as we were getting new cabinets and appliances. Between the dining room and the kitchen a transient was needed and <br /> had to ordered. It took about 2 weeks for the order and when the installer came out to do the work the space between the 2 hardwood floors was not wide enough and he would contact the owner and someone would come out and take care of it. <br />   Have not heard from carpets direct since 4/30. <br />

They were careful about how they moved the furniture.  They would move the furniture to one side of the room then install the flooring, move the furniture back and then do the rest of the room.  Mike and Brandi did this throughout the house..  They took their time to make sure everything was done right.  They worked on one room at a time.  They arrived everyday at the same time and left about the same time.  They also left everything cleaned up.  The only difference I noticed when I got home that evening was the new flooring.  I would def hire them again.  It did take one day longer than expected.  I'd rather it take a day longer than trying to rush through it to get it done.  My flooring looks beautiful. <br />

Our home was quite the mess during the installation, but the installers always cleaned up at the end of each day. The flooring took about one week to be installed. They were very meticulous about it. They also installed toe strips around the edges. We are extremely satisfied with our floor. It is absolutely beautiful and easy to care for. They have exceeded our expectations for a job well done. We would definitely go back to this company in the future. <br />

Dan the salesman was very nice and honest.  Installers were right on time.  Worked all day without stopping.  Very nice and great job.  Very professional.  Girls in store were very helpful with anything I needed.

I was very impressed with my experience with Carpet's Direct. They have a great selection, great prices, and they do a super job installing the carpet. They even sell other types of flooring like hard wood and tile. In addition, when you purchased carpet, you get free advice from Erika, their interior designer. She is great! I highly recommend going to Carpet's Direct when it comes time to purchased new flooring.

We would use them again in the future.
