<p>They have a whole bunch of different locations in Las Vegas. They left a mess in my house and some of the tiles in the backsplash were cracked. I was not home at the time so my daughter had to have a supervisor come out to look at the damage and look at the trash in my house. I had to have them come out. They were terrible. I think the pricing was fair; I think it was okay. One day they told me they were coming. I waited all day and they did not show up. When I had problems with the company I had to make multiple phone calls to finally get in touch with someone who was in charge. Even then he seemed real nice, but when it was all said and done nobody even contacted me to follow up whether they workers showed up and whether the work was satisfactory. Nobody seemed to care.   </p>

Called Carpets N More for a quote.  They submitted a bid. Called them to accept the proposal. They emailed the contract. The terms of the contract were contradictory to the proposal that was submitted and accepted. Further investigation revealed that they had over estimated the square yardage needed by over three square yards in a one room install. The overage of the square yardage increased the material price, and the labor price by a significant amount. The overage would of created product that was paid for but would of never been installed, <br />

We scheduled a measurement for Granite Counter tops for our Kitchen.  The Estimator  arrived at the appointed time and made his measurements and answered any questions we had.  <br /> We then visited their granite suppliers (Marble Express and dal tile) to select the style of granite.  We made our selection and gave the style to the Salesman.  It took several days to for them give us a firm quote because their engineer was out sick.   Their final quote was quite reasonable and we went back to the showroom to complete the order. <br /> It took a couple of weeks for  cutting and polishing of the granite slabs that we selected.  The installers removed our old counter tops and had to reinforce our existing base cabinets for the new (i.e. heavier) granite.  This took longer then they expected because our cabinets were not exactly square or level.   The installers also did a great job of matching the 'grain" of the granite in the seams which was very important to us.  They completed the job with excellent workmanship and cleaned up the mess from the installation process.  <br /> We will use Carpets N More again without hesitation. <br />   <br />

One thing was positive - installation guys were very quick, professional and polite. The rest of the experience was not so great: <br /> <br /> With lots of surprise in the way. Not the pleasant ones too. First I've ordered a carpet from them and gave them wrong measurements. My fault. However the guy I've spoke to said that they will order a bigger size just in case (they have not measured the room themselves). I guess he did not. So he had to order an additional piece to match the color and I had to pay additional fee for the installation guys to come out (again). The additional piece of carpet came shortly and I was told the carpet will be installed on Monday. Monday morning I get a call from them - the additional piece of carpet they've received is of the wrong color. So the "right" color additional piece has been ordered and will be arriving in a week or so.  <br /> <br /> So much for getting the cheapest quote on the job. One more time I've learned my lesson to a) check the other reviews about a company, b) cheaper usually means more headache. Will not work with Carpetsnmore again.

We were out looking for a certain type of carpet & found exactly what we were looking for at another carpet store. Then we saw Carpet N More ad in the paper that they would match any other stores quote. We decided to go take a look & see what they had to offer because of the 12 months financing offer they had advertised. Rich was our salesman & he quickly helped us find what we were looking for & was very knowledgeable about carpet & flooring. We liked the fact they had their own installers. Rich came out & measured our carpet and made us a great deal we couldn't refuse. The carpet was ordered & installed exactly as planned. The installation team was very professional & cleaned up the mess. They even hauled off our old carpet at no charge. We were very impressed with this company & will use them again when we are ready for our wood flooring.

The salesman was great, from the estimate through problem resolution. The workers showed up on time on the day of installation and finished the job in one day. We had moved most of the furniture but left a few pieces upstairs for them to move from room to room. This was a mistake, as they did not take time or care to move the pieces. Wall paneling was marred, and door frames and some base boards needed repair and repainting. Initially, a carpenter was dispatched who was able to repair all but the paneling. He reported this to the company, and they did not respond. I spoke with their representative on 4 different occasions, and she never returned my calls. This went on for almost 30 days. Finally, I spoke with my salesman, who got the problem resolved immediately and an agreed amount of credit was issued.

Horrible. It was supposed to start on Monday but "the tile wasn't in". They were on another job Tuesday so did not show. The tile people came Thursday and were here from 9:30am until midnight. They did not speak English so it was difficult to communicate. The work is abominable. The carpet people came Thursday at 8:30am and did not finish until 9:30pm. The carpet is better than the tile but not by much. There are two seams almost an inch high.

The service by all concerned from the store manager, to sales rep., to installers was professional, prompt and courteous. The floors are beautiful. I plan to have them put ceramic tile floors in my two bathrooms.

Carpets N More was fantastic when it came to carpeting. I got what I wanted as far as the type of carpet and they got the installation done right. One thing that was bother some is that I couldn't get a hold of them for a couple days. This is a very busy company and they can be impossible to find from time to time. I don't remember what they charged me for the installation.

Carpets N More did a good installation on our carpeting in our home and we have not had any problems with it. However; if we do, they offer a guarantee to remedy any problems for free and because of that, we are very happy with their service.

We thought they did an excellent job, it only took a few hours. The grout lines are even and have stayed clean. They used a high quality of tile. They did a good job on the corners and tile cuts. There's nothing we would change about their work.

As far as I can see everything is good. There are no lose boards and everything is nice and level. There were no troubles at all with the installation. The floor looks beautiful and shiny. When I called about the floor, they sent out a crew immediately. Everything was very professionally handled. I am very satisfied and I would hire them again without a doubt.

Carpet N More sent amateurs, I felt, to install my carpet. First of all, they brought the wrong color that left heel marks when I walked on it and when they raked the carpet, they left rake holes in it. I was really not impressed with their service at all.

The sales staff helped us match colors and their service was great. The three colors flowed together and it all looked beautiful. They were prompt and very caring because they did extra things for me and didn t charge for it. They came out and fixed my toilet that was leaking causing a yellow spot on the laminated floor and came back out again and fixed a loose tile that was a toe stubber. They did an excellent job and finished it in three and a half days.
