I can't say enough about working with Diane at Carriage House II. I found them via an internet search. Diane keep me informed about every step of the project. Two of the chairs were done in a beautiful large paisley print, which they perfectly matched. The other four were done in a subdued brown tweed, subtly picking up the colors in the paisley print. They not only upholstered the chairs, but also strengthened them and fixed a broken one. The chairs are better then they have ever been. I can't thank them enough. My dining room has a designer look with these "new" chairs.

The table tuned out perfect with a finish typically seen on fine furniture! It looks brand new!! Diane was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting just the right color/finish. The entire process was seamless as every step was either on or ahead of schedule with exceptional follow through!

From my first telephone conversation with Diane I knew she was the one for me. Her work is fantastic. The first item done was an old china cabinet. It was stripped, taken apart, painted and put back together. It looks fantastic. The second item was to clean up a dining room buffet. This was done in-house and again the finished product looks wonderful. I definitely recommend Diane's company for any and all refinishing services. We are still ongoing and I hope to find more stuff that needs re-doing in the near future.

Carriage House II did everything. They delivered as promised and they told me they'd have it done within two weeks and they did. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. It looks nice. It came out... like I said, everything was expected. They were competitive.

She gave me a wide selection of fabric choices with some tips on the type of fabric that would work best with my chairs. She gave me the fabric books to look through and then the quote as soon as I had picked the fabric. She was very responsive to my communications (at all times emails were answered with specifics) and we agreed a timeline for completion of the project. I dropped off the chairs and picked up from the same location. All very easy. I thought she was amazing from beginning to end. The outcome was fantastic, they look amazing. I would definitely use again and recommend.

Diane Civiletti did a superior job. This is the third job that Diane has done for us so we already knew that she was a <br /> perfectionist. Diane is the consummate professional and she has this down to a science. She explains exactly what she is going to do, gives you a checklist (in writing) of everything she is going to do, including anything that needs to be done prior to the job. There is no confusion on the project and you know exactly what to expect and when to expect it. She schedules a specific time that the work will be performed and she is punctual and meets the time frame. Diane gave us an estimate of the project with a min/max price (in our case, a $500 range). She did run into some additional difficulties with our job (as can happen with this type of work), but the final billing was still within her original estimate. The work is excellent, professional, and without any surprises. Well, the only surprise may be how truly good the work is. It is top notch, high end, and professional work. <br /> Also note, if you are redoing your kitchen, as we did, refinishing the cabinets to a "new" condition costs significantly less than buying new cabinets. In our case, the cabinets were structurally sound they just had 20+ years of being used in a kitchen. <br /> We highly recommend the Diane Civiletti and the Carriage House II. She does not disappoint. We have already emailed Diane for a fourth job to refinish a kitchen table that has great sentimental value to us. It was my parent's table and they are no longer with us. It needs refinished and I have absolutely no hesitation to let Diane perform her craft on this irreplaceable piece of furniture. <br /> <br />

<p>The condition of the furniture we gave Carriage House was terrible. Had it not been in my husbands family forever it would have made a great bonfire! </p> When we saw it coming into our home this morning both of our jaws hit the floor. These people are true craftsmen. <br /> What was once destined for the trash is now proudly displayed in our home. <br /> I truly don't know how they did it. They worked on the 2 side tables for almost a year (they were that bad) <br /> All I can say is that they were lovingly restored. Diane and her team love what they do and it shows. <br /> I would recommend them and I will use them again. <br /> <br /> <br />

I am not wealthy, but I knew I had quality furniture, and that it would be wiser to reupholster then replace. I searched for months for a company who provided top notch services at a fair price. Indeed, the heavens shined down upon me and introduced me to Carriage House. Right from the start it was a great experience. Diane is very knowledgable and personable. She, walked me through the entire process, down to the smallest detail. <br />I am having 3 pieces done in total, an 8 ft sofa and 2 tuffed swivel chairs. I staggered the pieces to have something to sit on, while the other pieces are done. The sofa has since been delivered and (oh boy) did I carry on. It was as if, I was on one of those home improvement reality shows. I do believe, I cried! My sofa is absolutely beautiful, I could not be more pleased. So pleased in fact, that I asked Diane give me a price to convert my wood table into a kitchen island. Being the professional she clearly is, Diane gently informed me, that it just wasn't worth it. Thank you for your honesty. I highly recommend Diane and the Carriage House!! <br /> <br />

<p>Our kitchen cabinets had become scratched, nicked, worn and sun damaged during the past fourteen years. The finish was in need of restoration. Diane chemically cleaned, sanded, restored the color, sealed and lacquered all exterior surfaces. She re-attached all cabinet hardware and thoroughly cleaned the entire kitchen area.</p> <p>She clearly explained the task, the schedule and our follow-up responsibilities. She faithfully communicated with us during the entire project and kept a disciplined schedule.</p> <p>Diane is excellent at her craft and a real pleasure to work with. </p> <br />
