David did a great job on my driveway, it was really messed up with concrete that was poured by another company and not smoothed out right. After David and his helper were through my driveway looked great!! I would recommend this company to anyone that needs any work that they specialize in. David is a good Christian man and a sweetheart, very nice and polite. His helper (sorry, I didn't get his name) is very nice and polite also. Thanks David for your help and if I need anything else done, I will give you a call.

David and Brody of Carroll Brothers Grading did a fantastic job demolishing and clearing my burned house. Their bid was within the limits set by the insurance company and the only bid that was. They worked hard to get the house torn down and hauled away. Everything I ask them to save they did so. They cleaned the area very good and left me with a lot ready to sell. My recommendation is, if you need a lot cleared or a house demolished, call Carroll Brothers Grading!

David and his team finished off an excellent landscaping project to build a prayer trail at our church. The terrain was very difficult but with his experience, professional service and most of all great patience he could pull off the project to our satisfaction and in time.

I was referred to Carroll Brothers Grading LLC by a friend I had asked help me find a contractor who could demolish an older house and who could then re-grade the homesite on a property I own in Cherokee County, Georgia. It s a credit to David Carroll that my friend said David was the first person he interviewed who sounded like he knew what he was talking about. To provide a more accurate quote, David came to the site to carefully consider the job. He included some contingency items in the quote, which was fair, to account for anything unforseen. And, just like any project, some things did come up, but we were able to easily and fairly work together to address those items. David kept his commitment to get the job started by a certain date, and because I was not able to travel to the job site, he kept me fully informed on progress with regular phone updates and email. He was good to his word and completed the job promptly, and he was flexible and especially helpful in addressing some unique challenges the project threw at us. The final result exceeded my expectations. Re-grading was completed nicely, and the final price came in under forecast. I would highly recommend David Carroll and Carroll Brothers Grading, LLC for any grading or demolition project in the greater Atlanta area. They ll tell you what they can do, and then they ll do what they say. They are competent, skillful and easy to work with.

It went great! They were on time, very professional, and he got here early as always. The time frame was so great.

We are extremely pleased with the work and result. We had our back yard graded. They were removing debris and fixing other issues that made it impossible to maintain the area. I started the project with 10% deposit and the final payment only at Project completion. David is a man of integrity and his work is top-notch.
