We paid him 2/3 of the money for the job. He took out all of the hardwood flooring and kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Put it all at the side of my house. In 5 weeks came back maybe 3 times. Installed some of the cabinets, but not correctly. Did not install any flooring. Did not remove any of the trash from the side of my house. Will not return calls or texts. So at this point he has stolen about $9,000 from us because he has not completed the jobs or supplied us with all of the flooring and cabinets needed to do the job. We also had to pay to get a dumpster because we had to remove the trash from outside after HOA complained (which I understand since it was there for about 5 weeks).
