Walter is so awesome, I've been calling him for help since 2017. Came out twice because my new fridge needed another part for the icemaker, that he supplied. He also fixed my toilet, fixed a leaky pipe to water heater, unclogged a drain, installed a new sink. He responds in a timely fashion, and his prices are so reasonable. I will continue to call him for my problems, Walter is a great plumber!

Horrible, horrible, horrendous Installed a hot water tank, 9 months later it failed, he installed new parts but I had to pay for labor, ok. Nine months later it fails again. This time he tells me I need to pay for parts and labor and get reimbursed from the manufacturer. He tells me he will provide a detailed invoice and pictures of the bad part so I can file a claim. I need hot water so I agree. 11 months later it failed AGAIN # times in1 year. I called a reputable company who replaced the 2nd rate crap Cascade installed. He sends me nothing, I call email, no response. Call again and finally get a picture of a black piece of paper. Several more calls, texts and emails and no response. I believe he uses 2nd rate parts that are not under warranty, charges as new, and when the part fails, screws the customer. I will take cold showers before I call this crook.

I hired him to repair a hot water tank he installed which failed 2 TIMES. Gives me a story it will take days for the part, I explain it is very cold and we cannot wait days for a part. Tells me he can get the part but I will have to pay cash and then be reimbursed, I agree - I need hot water. He replaces the part and I pay him and he tells me he will email me a DETAILED invoice AND PICTURES so I can get reimbursed. Several days letter I can a standard invoice ZERO details and NO pictures. In addition, the invoice was a picture of an invoice he took with his phone in a poorly lit area and is all black. I figured forgot that the invoice had to be detailed and I needed the pictures and send him an email - NO REPLY. I emailed him again and NO REPLY. I think it is a scam, I have never had a brand new hot water tank fail twice in a matter of months, and then I think the part issue was a scam which is why he sent me a blacked out invoice without details and no pictures. Lastly, he smells like an ashtray so if you want a stinky guy to installs shoddy parts and will scam you out of your money, be my guest and hire him. I gave him ample time to send me the info he promised and he ignored me, another sign of the scam.

My sink repair went well, the two guys that came troubled-shooted the problem with my washroom sink, and fixed it as a team. However, in roughly 3-4 months after the repair, I had the same problem again. But I did appreciate the promptness of service toward the job, and the fact that the price range was within reason of what I could afford. Also at the time, the serviceman seemed to be really skilled at what they were doing, and they did succeed in fixing my sink.

I was replacing water heater in the crawl space unfortunately my old water heater was no longer working and I came across a deal through Angie's list regarding a new one. When the two man crew came for the installation I was told that the Water Heater that came with deal was to tall for crawlspace and they had to breakup foundation to install. The installer assured me that it wasn't unusual he just needed my permission. Once I gave them the ok they began drilling into my foundation to install the water heater. When they were finished I saw that the cement job was questionable. No barrier from the soil just spots of cement in certain places and card board around vents of water heater an pilot.. Needless to say recipe for disaster. The condensation from the Water Heater along with the poor workmanship when digging out hole for water heater and cement job caused damaged to Water Heater. The condensation would caused the soil to shift and accumulate around my water Heater and flood the base leaving it inoperable. My pilot start going out a few minutes after I got it to ignite. I had to dig out soil around water heater and water before I could attempt to ignite Water Heater. When I reached out to inform Cascade of Issue they said they could replace Water heater (under manufacturer warranty) but I would be charged $400.00 for labor. Unreasonable since the reason I'm having the issue is because of hole they made in crawlspace that wasn't properly cemented which caused my issues. They charged me $450.00 for labor the first go round and you see what that got me.

Walter was called he responded w/in appropriate timeframe, an appointment was made. Walter called ahead to say he was on his way and when he arrived. He has plenty of experience to get the job done safely, swiftly and smoothly and he did. The front and back sewer rodding was completed in 45 minutes, lots of tree roots came out. His price is just right!

Walt is a consummate professional with over two decades of experience. What seemed like a simple pump replacement required more intensive diagnostics. Turned out the check valve was broken and had to be replaced. He fixed it quickly and the only additional cost was the $40 part. Walt is our plumber and I would highly recommend him for any job.

I have a cast iron toilet flange on a concrete floor that had one bolt that rusted and broke off. I looked at the flange and could not find the slot to replace the bolt so I thought I needed a new flange installed. Walter discovered that sediment and possibly the tile mortar filled in the slots. He was able to locate where the slots were, cleaned them out and install new bolts, no flange required. Walter came out on time as was agreed upon, performed the work and cleaned up after himself. I would use his services again.

It went well. The work was completed properly and quickly. They took the old toilets out and then they unpacked the new toilets and installed them. They cleaned up the work area and left. Walter and his assistant were very friendly and easy to talk to.
