James McCorney was a pleasure to meet and to work with; I believe that I was very fortunate to have him respond to my request for the service! He had to make a return trip due to misunderstanding on appointment time, and he was a real gentleman about it...just an all out professional guy who immediately struck me as ethical and customer-service driven. The final report was thorough, complete, and according to the review by a licensed electrical contractor, certified in HVAC and plumbing, it reflected very sound assessments, and spot-on recommendations in terms of priorities. I would hire James again, without hesitation, and seriously consider any trades he might refer for future work.

James from Cascade Sierra Home Inspection, upon first contact was very helpful at answering initial question I had before I even book a home inspection with him. He arrived at the home on time and was very courteous with me as the potential buyer, my agent, as well as the seller. His inspection was very thorough and reported even minor issues that I would not have thought would have been a big deal. Upon completion of inspection he answered all of my question about concerns I had, and promptly same day provided the report with pictures of interest to back up the written report. I WILL be using James in the future for inspections, and I highly recommend you do so yourself.
