Carlos was very communicative and went over and above what he agreed to do. He did a beautiful job with the Tuckpointing and kept me informed all through the process. He also masterfully restored some broken parts of the stone stairs. Definitely recommend

I hired these guys to do some painting for me. I had them paint all of my metal around my property. I have a bunch of black metal fence, gate, railings, and an entire deck, so it was a pretty big project. They came through and ground down my steps and repainted them so they look really nice and it turned out fantastic. I did have to have them come back out to touch up the painting as they missed some chunks but they did it very graciously and effectively.

Pleasant experience, very professional

Carlos and his team did so much for me. They did tuck pointing of one side of my wall. They did tuck pointing on my chimney they even replaced some bricks. Carlos was so kind he went above and beyond for me and sealed a lot of my wall joints with flexible seal so water doesn’t enter any one my walls and damage anything. They even fixed 2 foundation cracks from inside and outside with epoxy seal. Carlos was so reasonable with his estimate and you can tell he does his best giving you a fair price. They even kept the place clean and used vacuums while working. Ultimately friendly demeanor and professional job. I always recommend Carlos to anyone who needs any brick work done and will continue to do so. He’s hands down such a hard worker.

Outstanding experience with CAS Construction! Carlos and his crew did an awesome job renovating the back entrance of my home! Rotted brick pillar at head of the back entrance stairs was removed and a new perfect brick pillar was built and installed. They repaired all the imperfections in the surrounding concrete, sanded, power washed, and carefully applied the paint finish. The tuckpointing, caulking perimeter of the entire house, and the similar work in the other areas that needed repair and improvement, all done with minimal mess and no stress! From start to finish, Carlos was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. As was Iris, owner, CAS Construction. She was always available to provide answers promptly when I had additional questions. Without hesitation, highly recommend for excellent work, their dedication to customer satisfaction, and exceptional service!
