Dave and Jesse arrived on time and got right to work. They were professional, knew what they were doing and were done in less than an hour. They were working in my attic and the footing was not that great. (blown in insulation) I recommend them highly.

I don't have much good to say about the service. First they used a scare tactic to up-sell me on venting the exhaust <br>fan through my roof (I've been living here over 20 years and haven't gotten mold even once). <br> <br>After the job was done I had to pick insulation and pieces of roof tile off my deck. I guess the service didn't include cleanup. <br> <br>Inside, when I inspected the replacement fan I realized the replacement was square and smaller than the round original, exposing unpainted sections and part of the hole in the ceiling. <br> <br>They had put plaster in and around the hole and told me it would dry white (only some of it did). The 'patch' looks like was done with their fingers and looks lumpy like oatmeal. <br> <br>Later when I I took a closer look I realized they poured plaster down my sink!! It was all over the sink and down my drain. I took pictures as proof!! <br> <br>This sucks, what a rotten job. Now I have to call someone to do a decent job on my ceiling and a plumber to replace my pipes. <br>

Peter and his crew are excellent. They arrive on the time and on the day they schedule with us, they are very profession and very easy to work with. They work very hard and do not hangout at all. What amazed me as how they keep everything in the house protected in the areas that they are working, they always clean up and even patch drywall holes that were required to run certain cables. I have used them 3 or 4 times already and will continue to use them. <br />

My experience with Casello Electric was excellent. They scheduled a time that was convenient for me, and they ended up giving me the option of moving up my appointment when they were running ahead of schedule. When they were here, they worked quickly and efficiently, and they explained all of their work. Because of their reasonable price, professionalism, and friendly demeanor, I'd absolutely call Casello Electric for future work. <br />

Once again, great job by the electricians from Casello. The job was done in two parts: initial wiring and then finishing. Casello sent two guys for the initial work; we had a repeat visit from Nick and one new guy. They worked most of the day and got the job done, adding wiring for four recessed lights, two floodlights, removing an old exterior light, and adding 4 new outlets (one on the exterior of the porch). They didn't get in the way and I hardly knew they were there. Cleaned up after themselves as usual. Tidy and excellent work. <br /> On the second trip, they did the finishing work, adding the actual outlets and recessed lights. Everything worked as expected and we were very pleased with the outcome. The final wiring inspection took place and we passed, as expected. One very minor thing: they forgot to add the new circuit to the list in our box and the wiring inspector made a comment but didn't fail us, so make sure if you have similar work done you ask them to add the new service to the list of circuits. <br />

Flawlessly.  The two electricians were excellent.  This is my second major job with Peter and his guys and I have had zero problems.  The only issue at all was that I had requested the surge protector and it got missed.  They got Peter on the phone and it was resolved instantly.  Even though it wasn't in the quote, Peter added it at no additional charge.  I had obtained one additional verbal estimate just to be diligent, but it was clear the guy didn't want to do the job, as evidenced by the fact he never sent me a quote.  It did confirm that Peter's quote was reasonable, so there was then no question that I would have him do the work.  Some guys just want to do the easy work and churn through them.   Peter and his guys do it all and they do it well.  I am very happy with the work and it passed the electrical inspection with flying colors.  In going through the process the only thing I wish is that I had done it earlier as in hindsight the situation really wasn't as safe as I thought it was.  I should have them back just to look around for other issues.  There just weren't very good controls until the 90's from what I have experienced. <br /> They are also doing handyman services now, as a separate branch of the company and I really will have to give them a shot.  There is always something I don't have time to get to. <br />

They had done a few earlier in the year, and I had them back to check the rest.  I've also had them replace a ceiling fan and other light switches.  They've always done a good job for me.

Casello Electric came out for two different canister light installations. Both times, the electricians arrived at the time scheduled and installed ceiling canister lights quickly. They laid down tarps before starting work and you'd barely know they were even here after they left. They did a fantastic job, the lights are exactly what and how I wanted, and I would definitely use them again!

The electricians installed new circuit breakers and ran wire from the electrical box to where needed by the heater and power box. They installed the heater on the ceiling of the garage and the thermostat next to the entrance door. The final installation had all wires hidden. They tested both the heater and the generator connected to the interlock switch. A very nice job that took about five hours. <br />

We have used Casello Electric twice, we have been very pleased with their service. The price seems to be in line. Calls are always responded to, they arrive on time, get the job done efficiently and leave no mess. They don't balk at doing small jobs. Great company and we will definitely use them again. <br />

Perfect. Nick from Casello showed up and started work early, listened to what was needed, and started working immediately. Very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after himself and it was almost like he was never there. Couldn't have gone smoother. <br />

Excellent. Casello returned my call the same day. The electrician showed up on time. He was completely professional. He took good care of my home and even offered to remove his shoes (he wore sneakers instead of heavy work boots - yay!). The work is neat, clean and tight and the price was very reasonable. I'll definitely use Casello Electric from now on.

They do excellent work, and are very reliable.

The company sent along their apprentice electrician to do the work.  He was one time, very friendly, easy to talk to and did good work at a reasonable price.  <br /> I built a split 2/x insulated soundproof wall between the bath and adjacent master bedroom.  I carefully insulated all tightly.  The vanity light and one switch/outlet box had to be run there.   I thought he was a little sloppy around my soundproof wall.   He somewhat carelessly pulled/tore aside insulation and did not replace it when done with the rough in work.  I had to take some time to fix to restore the soundproofness.  I wished he had been a little more careful about that.  (Maybe he intentionally left it since I was clearly trying to keep costs at a minimum.  He still should have acknowledged the mess and asked if I wanted him to fix it or let me do it to save time/cost. <br /> The rough in inspection went fine w/o problems.  He came back a couple months later (when we were ready) to wire up the fan/light, vanity lights, and switches/outlets.   He even brought a treat for our dog which was nice.  He finished up efficiently.    <br /> The inspector came after for the final electric inspection and found one outlet not up to code (not tamper proof).  Admittedly I had purchased all the materials.  But the electrician failed to notice this one switch was not up to current code, else I might have run out and replaced it while he was there.  I will replaced it myself.   More concerning, he did not wire up the night light in the fan/light unit.  I did not realize until after he was done.  During rough in, he did not run an extra wire (or 4-way wire) for it to the switch box.  Then during the finish work, he did not mention that it was not wired, even when I gave him a night light bulb to install, and only gave him a fan timer switch and single light switch (would need a double switch for the night light).   When I called their office later to complain, they explained most customers never like the night lights in these fan/light units (not bright enough?) so they just never install wiring and switches for them.  I wish they had asked me or eplained that on day one so I had the choice.  I think I would have wanted it.  Now running the extra wire will be a real pain with everything closed up.  (We will probably just live without the night light.  <br /> Peter Casello (owner) did promptly return my calls and emails when I complained about these two things.  He explained things and offered to "give me a break" on future work.  So that was very good/professional after the fact to make up for things.  He did not offer to come fix things at no cost.  That would have been excellent service. <br /> <br />

We have used Casello several times (in both our new and old homes) and have always been very pleased with the process and outcomes.  They will be back soon to do some updates on the pool electrical system and then in the entertainment room when we are ready to tackle that problem....

The only problem I had with them was the pricing. They were expensive. I would not use them again because of the cost.

I had used them before. However, it was in a while. In terms of responsiveness, the guys were good. They were very good in terms of professionalism. I probably would use their services again in the future.
