Junior and Mason arrived early, accessed determined where the problem originated, explained what my options were and fixed the issue. Both were nice and made sure I was made aware of what was going on step by step. Very glad I went with this company.

Oct. 6 2025 it went quick. I received an estimate of The job first. The work was done correctly. It didn't take long. If I need plumbing service again. I would contact Cassidy plumbing & Heating.

I decided to go with Cassidy because out of the 4-5 different companies I contacted, they were the first to respond in a timely manner and their dispatch fee was affordable ($79 vs >$100). The actual service they provided went well. They were on time, finished the whole project within a couple hours and were professional. However, I did remove a star from my rating because they do overprice everything. I was able to cut down my total cost by >$300 by just buying my own supplies (ex: water faucet, basket strainer, faucet aerator, etc.). They were going to charge me $125 for something I was able to get for $4 and fix on my own, which I thought was ridiculous. Overall, I would recommend because they made the whole process go smoothly but I would just be aware of their pricing and make sure they don't trip you off.

Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again.

The job was done in an amazing amount of time with total professionalism by Chris and his apprentice Vlad. Honest local company who I would highly recommend and hire once again if the moment arrose.

If I could give it more than five stars, I would. Bernadette. Theresa, Chris and everyone else were excellent. They went beyond the call of duty. My problem was difficult and the towm and health department was involve. Cassidy plumbing did everything in their power to help. They made some recommendations, which i followed through. Through the entire ordeal,Bernadette and Theresa kept in touch on a regular basis. I highly recommend Cassidy plumbing.

They're awful; terrible.  And every time that they have done any work in my house, which has cost so much money, it has broken.  My toilet - they put a brand new toilet in - they never plastered it.  So then I pre-paid them more money, a lot of money, to re-plaster it because we didn't know why it was shaking, and they still didn't do it.  So then I hired another plumbing provider who did it the right way, finally; and I have pictures of all this.  This was last Summer.  They put the toilet in the Summer before that and then they put my shower, a brand new shower in before that, and the shower just broke last week and the other plumbing provider - that's why they were there, repairing the shower that Cassidy put in.  The initial time, them putting it in wrong, was over $1,000; and then when it was shaking and the bathroom floor smelled like urine, they charged like $500 to come to the house and do nothing to it.  And my other plumbing provider came for $175 and something.  So whatever they have touched in my house has broken and my other plumbing provider has fixed it.  I don't know how they're in business; I really don't.

I had lost water pressure on Saturday and made a emergency call to a unknown company from google. I talked to a person immediately from Cassidy Plumbing and was told I would get a call from an employee in one hour. An employee called and would come over in 15 minutes. I was amazed at the response time. He check out my water system thoroughly and told me that I wasn't getting water in the well tank causing me to lose pressure but also I was not getting any pressure straight from the well either. It was either the water pressure tank with the pressure switch or the water pump that was causing this problem. The pressure gauge was also broken. He explained fully what needed to be done, the price for each issue and since he was not able to do anything until Monday, I was first on the list. <br /> Cassidy Plumbing called me in the morning and told me that they would be their in one hour. They came promptly and went to the well tank first and found out the pressure switch had corroded and the well tank was also not doing it's job. The tank was about 15 years old and the switch was more than 25 years old. I was told and saw everything that needed to be replaced and the price. When replacing the valve close to the water filter housing the piping broke off and upon looking at it this was corroded too! I was able to get a discount for the water filter housing since they were working on that section of piping and it was unexpected. Afterwards they tested the water pressure to make sure all was working and that the register near the pressure switch was functioning. <br /> My water room is the size of a closet. Inside is the water heater, water softener system (tank for salt and two tall cylinders), electrical box, telephone box, cast iron plumbing for toilet and the well tank. It was tight to say the least and they did a neat job of putting everything together and cleaning up. <br /> I have had to replace my well pump and another time the electrical wiring to the pump and both these companies could not compare to the professionalism and services that Cassidy Plumbing and Heating.

They seem to be timely and friendly. They did a good job. Plumbers are always expensive. I feel they were responsive. They set the appointment and stuck to it.

I thought the price was good. They knew what needed to be done and knew how to do it. They did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. I would use them again.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE TOO HIGH. IT WAS AN EMERGENCY CALL, BUT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. HE REPLACED A SIX INCH WATER HEATER PIPE. THERE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEMS.
