We had them come and install the gas fire place logs and everything went well. The problem is the gas logs quit working within a few months and we've spent months trying to get them to honor their warranty. We went around them to the manufacturer and we weren't the only people calling.The manufacturer said there was nothing they could do because they could only honor the warranty to the person that purchased the equipment. Long story short we've paid for gas logs and have been without them since end of last year. We just want them to be fixed or replaced.

Casteel Chimney Sweeps did a great job. They came on time and communicated well through the whole process. My job produced some challenges but Allen was fantastic, adapting to each one. He tore the old one down and rebuilt it just like I wanted. The tile and mantel look great and I love my new fireplace. It has eliminated the terrible cold air I experienced from the old fireplace while making it so easy to turn on a beautiful fire. Thanks Casteel!

the service went well, after the inspection I was advised my chimney was in good working order, the technician advised ME on some functional things regarding my chimney and said I didn't need it swept at this time.

Allen was responsive, honest and professional. He showed up on time and did an excellent job. and It's worth mentioning that he painted the panel using his paint because he thought the paint I provided wouldn’t look good and he didn’t charge for that. I highly recommend him for any fireplace work

Allen provided outstanding service. He inspected inside and outside. Fortunately we didn’t need a cleaning. He explained how all the vents and drafts worked. Also tested gas starter and explained safety procedures. Hire again! He also called to let us know he was on the way and arrived earlier than scheduled!! Thanks Casteel!

Alan was early and that is appreciated, always. He looked at everything and came back to me to explain what all needs to be done. The prices seem fair, but this is the first time I've had to deal with chimney issues. They will be coming back to do all the work that needs to be done.

Alan was wonderful. He inspected the chimney and said it was completely clear and clean. Check the logs in the gas fireplace and reposition them so they would be more efficient. His pricing was very fair and honest

It went well. I think they misdrilled two wholes through my foundation when there was only supposed be one. It works, for that I'm happy.
