They were very good. They were prompt, they were reasonably priced, and they seemed to know what they were doing. I had no problems with them. I am going to call them again to do the maintenance on the AC. They were very good across the board.

When in the middle of a Florida summer the A/C went out, my usual go-to A/C company could not come for several days so I called Catellano who sent a man who came out the next day and fixed the problem within two hours, explaining everything he did, including why the problem occurred. I felt very well informed about the working of my system. <br />

I called in the morning and the tech was at the house within a very resonable amount of time. The fan had to be replaced and the tech had to go and pick it up. The total job was done quiclky without any problems. I was told the amount it would cost and there were no surprises. The job was completed in a very short time and every thing checked. I am so please with the service.

Tommy offers the best value for your money. He comes out on the job himself to make sure the craftmanship's up to par and explains in detail what needs to be done, why and how to prevent problems going forward. He offers a semi-annual maintenance program. I never even have to remember. They call me to schedule, before I even realize it's been 6 months!
