Don't trust these people, they will clean your house while cleaning your valuables, if you know what I mean. They will clean home of all your silverware and anything left on your display and sculptures and anything they deem as valuable

They are the best cleaning service I've ever had. Olga is wonderful. She gave instructions to Marina to a T. Everything was cleaned to the nooks and crannies. This is our first cleaning and I highly recommend them.

I have given this cleaning service an excellent review, with a significant caveat. When they were here, I had to go out and do some errands. I told them I would be back in an hour. I returned after an hour and 15 minutes. I found the house empty, with a side door unlocked and the patio door secured with only a screen door. The house could have been vandalized in those 15 minutes. Why didn't they call me? They said they did, but called the landline. Obviously, I wasn't home to take the call I was shaken.

Olga is very professional. The team does a fantastic job; my house hasn't looked this clean is a long time. They pay attention to details and follow my instructions well when I have something special I'd like them to do. The only downside is that things are not always put back in the same place; however I feel that's a small price to pay for an immaculately clean home. I highly recommend them.

Very professional and efficient. My one significant quibble is that It would be most helpful, and appreciated, if objects moved from one place to another were replaced in the original location after cleaning has been done.

I hired Castillo Cleaning, too bad I don't speak Spanish, the owner sent two women who did NOT speak English! Their car broke down and I had to provide them with access to my driveway until 7 p.m.
