Castle Chimneys

Started work mid August and went slow but was ok until he replaced the automatic pilot kit. The pilot light would never stay on for very long. He came out to adjust it but the problem was not resolved. After he left, the pilot light went out again. I tried to light it and fire blew up in my face. After calling Tyler Webber several times with no answer, I had a plumber look at it and when he tried to light the pilot it blew up on him. He said the valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. After calling Tyler Webber several more times, he finally called me back on January 17,2024 and told me that the pilot kit was under warranty and he would get another one for me and that he would replace it in 2 or 3 days. It has been 2 weeks since I talked to him and I have heard nothing from him. After calling him several more times, I decided to see if ya,ll could get this resolved for me.

Did a good job. Provided before and after pictures. Did contact me late to move my appointment which was a little inconvenient. Overall satisfactory work.

great work! came out and repaired the chimney on my second story that had rotted over the years. Looks fantastic and they were very professional. Wish more companies had these high standards for customer service and quality of work.

Tyler was very professional. He arrived at the time he said he would. He gave very useful information. The work looks good. Will use him again when needed

My new house was built in 1985. I don’t think it had been cleaned since then. Tyler was prompt in responding to my needs and knowledgeable about what was most needed. Basically a lot. He was honest about what was necessary and what wasn’t. I didn’t feel like he was giving me a sales pitch. He inspected the chimney inside and out, cleaned everything and didn’t don’t make a mess of my living room either. He repaired a small crack and a birds nest. Now I feel that it’s safe to use and I got a good deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him come back!
