I spoke with Kenny and felt comfortable that I wasn’t just being sold something that I didn’t think I needed. Once we met in person I felt even more comfortable. He was knowledgeable about the critters that had invaded my attic and easily accessible when I had questions. Clean up and repair wasn’t an inconvenience. Kenny is the go to guy for me now.

I contacted Todd because I saw signs of squirrels trying to get through the fascia boards on the house and heard “noises” in the attic. Ended up being a squirrel, which Todd trapped and then he repaired the fascia board damage and sealed the area back up properly.

Don't be scammed by Castle Classic Roofing like I was! International Residential Codes are legal coding that roofers must follow but Castle Classic Roofing did not follow these codes when installing my roof. No underlayment was used in some areas, shingle spacing barely overlapped (if overlapped at all), drip edge was placed over underlayment on perimeter of house - all of this resulted in leaks inside of house and rotted decking due to water intrusion from improper installation. A $15,000 roof deteriorated in 5 years due to Castle Classic negligence, illegal coding and pure greed cost cutting. Don't be fooled by Todd Crosby and Castle Classic Roofing. Continue your roofer search for a responsible, ethical, trustworthy and skilled roofer that stands behind their work. (IMPORTANT: Previous reviews are very outdated when Mr. Vic Crosby owned the business. Current owner Todd Crosby does not hold the same business ethics and values.)

It didn't cost anything because we have insurance. It was an excellent, excellent, excellent job. They were great people to work with. Their responsiveness was excellent. I would tell everybody I know to use them absolutely.

Castle Classic roofing showed up when they stated they would, completed the roof replacement in one day, and the gutter and interior repairs were done the next day. I could not believe how professional and quickly the work was performed. They also cleaned up everything in the yard that day. I will and have recommened them many times since. It is so good to find a company that cares for their customers and follows through with their promises.
