Castle Concrete and Contracting LLC, is owned by Michael Belanger. He is a former 11 year Superintendent, Construction Manager and Construction Administrator at multiple theme parks, along with the same for dozens of Top 500 companies in the central Florida area over the previous 26 years. Prior to that he started as a labor at a young age, working his way to Carpenter, Layout and Foreman for both Residential and Commercial Structural and Interior Build Out Construction of all types. He is currently the Owner/President of Castle Concrete and Contracting LLC. The focus is on Residential Concrete Driveways, Sidewalks, Patio replacement and Concrete Grinding, along with Water Diversion Systems and multiple types of Special Projects, based on the customers request. He takes true ownership of all his customers projects and tremendous pride in the work he performs for them.

We hired Castle Concrete to completely redo half of our driveway and redo a large gravel-covered parking area. Michael was communicative throughout and provided everything in written estimate and contract. He and his crew were punctual, thoughtful in their design by suggesting improvements, paid attention to detail, and left the site clean and my driveway looking better than it ever has. He is also true to his word and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Michael the owner was very receptive on what I wanted and the time frame I had to have it done. He kept me updated on the schedule and also sent me photos of the progress. The finished patio is great. It came out a lot nicer that I expected. We will get good use out of it and will call Castle Concrete again for any other jobs we need.

Michael was prompt to respond to us. He evaluated the situation and gave us a fair quote for removing the broken part of the driveway and preparing the area for the new concrete, including removing the large roots that caused the break. He was able to move us up in his schedule which we really appreciated. He always let us know if he was delayed for any reason and he was on site when the work was being done. He let us know exactly what was being done and if there was anything unexpected. The driveway looks great and I can recommend him highly.

Michael responded to my initial phone call within 12 hours. At his request, I texted pictures and a description of the work needed. He sent a quote within another day, and the work was scheduled to be accomplished within a week. He and his assistant showed up when promised, performed the work and cleaned up thoroughly around the work site. Absolutely a pleasure to deal with in every respect. He was kind enough to waive his minimum charge due to the liability I was exposed to with the sidewalk displacement - a significant trip hazard.

This is probably the second review I have done since using computers for over 20 years. It takes a lot for me to post a review. Mike was great to work with and he will never let you down. He has the experience, the knowledge and the work ethic to get the job done. Want to discuss things with Mike during the job? No problem, he will answer every question. Michael Joseph was the best contractor I have ever hired. Long story short, Mike is great and he will not disappoint you.

Michael was prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and quickly came out to inspect the job and offer a proposal, which was very thorough and complete. we had some delays in the project for reasons not related to the company (injury, hurricanes, etc.) and Michael was very flexible in rescheduling and fitting the work into our schedule. We were away while the work was completed; but, I received daily pictures (multiple) of the progress - and my neighbor commented on the quality of the work (he was here while we were away). The finished job is exactly what i had hoped for -very well done and looks great!

From the very start, Michael emailed a schedule and maintained regular contact with me through the permitting process. He then personally supervised every phase of the job, and made sure that I was aware of what they were doing at all times. They did a very thorough job of removing all tree roots, then compacted the surface to ensure a solid pour. Michael went to great lengths to ensure quality and satisfaction. After the job was finished he called to verify that we were satisfied. I highly recommend Michael for any concrete job.

I have several projects going on at my home, and have dealt with several contractors who are extending their project timeline & increasing their costs. OVERALL WE HAD A GOOD FEEL ABOUT THIS PROJECT. MICHAEL WAS POLITE ,PUNCTUAL, AND VERY INFORMATIVE WITH SCHEDULING, UPDATES, AND PROJECT PROGRESS. I LIKE THE FACT THEY SENT TEXT MESSAGE PHOTOS OF THE PROJECT AND LITTLE TIDBITS FROM THE JOB SITE THROUGH OUT MY WORK DAY. THERE WAS A FEW LITTLE CLEAN UP ISSUES WE HAD TO DEAL WITH AFTER COMPLETION LIKE CONCRETE RESIDUE ON THE FENCE AND SIDING SOME LEFT OVER CONCRETE MIX ON THE GROUND AND WHAT NOT BUT NOTHING WORTH WORRYING ABOUT. YOU CAN'T MAKE A CAKE WITHOUT BREAKING A COUPLE OF EGGS. OVERALL WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH BROGANS AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I live on Litte Lake Mary and our driveway was badly cracked. After Hurricane Irma the lake rose and saturated the soil under our driveway causing it to slump and crack badly. I called Brogan and Michael came out immediately and went to work on an estimate. Michael recommended that I add a rebar reinforced "beam" on the lake side of the driveway to ensure it wouldn't crack again. These guys show up when they say they're going to show up, and do what they say they're going to do. I highly recommend them. Real professionals.

Michael came to give me a quote and saw the whole project through. We widened the driveway and it looks great with contours to give it a pleasing look. It also lines up perfectly with the street so we no longer have pools of water at the bottom. Michael was professional from start to finish and I really appreciated his communication. We knew what was going on every step of the way. They handled everything from permit to install. I couldn't be happier with the company, Michael, or the work. I recommend highly.

Perfectly. No kidding. Showed up on time for quote and work. The work was done quickly with no mess and we could not be happier with the results and price.
