We've hired Rafael in the past for a previous job that we were satisfied with, so we wanted again to consider Castle Rock when it came to remodeling our bathroom. Torn down to the studs, Rafael was hired to install all of the drywall on the walls, ceiling and cement board in our bathtub alcove. Work was done quickly and professionally and to our satisfaction. Pricing may have been slightly higher than other quotes we received, but paying a bit more for their previously proven professionalism and quality job was worth it. I recommended Castle Rock to a friend already, and will not hesitate to ask Castle Rock again for any future work we may encounter. Highly recommend!!

Rafael was phenomenal. It is hard to find anything to be critical of. He was very responsive to my travel schedule. He was quick to show up and make a bid; his bid was meaningfully better than others, and he was highly focused on timely completion. His work was of the highest quality and accomplished in a very efficient manner. He is very professional and left the work site spotless. I enthusiastically recommend his company!

Two workers arrived and repaired the wall quickly.  They were competent and professional.

Original Quote $850.00.. Member feels they were charged too much for 4 hours worth of work.. Service provider stated no discounts.. .. Service provider charged $850.00 for 4 hours of services. Service provider was late and did not call. Service provider charged $200.00 an hour and Member is very disappointed with the cost. Member felt it would take all day..

Rafael Colli of Castle Rock Drywall Co. applied his 15 years of drywall experience to deftly remove the damaged areas, install the replacement components, and apply three coats of plaster. I can not be more pleased.  They showed up exactly on schedule, immediately got to work and continued until all the walls were hung with Sheetrock.  They were extremely careful in working in my home and took extra care when cutting the drywall with one person using a vacuum to remove the dust particles.  The entire project was completed the same day with the area being cleaned before they departed.  Since I was going to attempt to mud the drywall myself they took extra time to provide me with some professional tips.  The job came out perfect and I would highly recommend them....100%.  Price and workmanship combined with friendly and professional manner was exceptional.

Raphi was a pleasure to deal with and did a darn good job fitting the drywall in some slightly challenging areas.  Very good match to existing old textured plaster in historic home.  Very personable and a quality job at a fair price.  What more could you ask for.

We decided to finally get a new kitchen. The problem was we had a drop ceiling that was 7 feet high. We wanted it 8 feet. Upon checking my attic I realized there were pipes to be moved and wiring as well. I called Rafael after getting his company from Angie's list and he came out promptly and gave me a quote a few days later. A few more days later I then suggested could he just raise the ceiling 10 inches to avoid all attic issues. Again not a problem and was given another quote for framing the new ceiling for 10 ".  I then bit the bullet and did the attic work myself and once again contacted Rafael. Once again our indecision's bothered us more than him, he could start the work this coming Monday, he would be there between 8 and 9 a.m. He was there at 8:02 with his workers. After removing the popcorn in the adjoining room there was a noticeable difference in one part of the ceiling due to metal brackets on the joists where the trusses met. No problem for Rafael he removed that part ,replaced it with a thinner piece of drywall and floated it in and it looked 100 % better. <br />     We opted out of him doing the painting, because we wanted to do it ourselves while waiting for the new cabinets. But I have to say both rooms really look fantastic. Even the room with the popcorn removed looks much higher. It really is amazing how not having popcorn changes the look. <br />      All in all Not only would I use this company again but I have already given his phone number out to two people who will be needing his services in the future. <br />

Rafael did a terrific job from the time we first contacted him until he was finished. He responded to our initial call promptly and came out the next day to give us an estimate. He scheduled the work within a few days and was very good about touching base with us the day before he came out to do the work to make sure we were expecting him. He showed up on time, did the work in an expeditious manner and took great pains to make sure he didn't make a mess inside the house. He came back on time the second day to do the painting and was finished quickly. The quality of work was great, and we felt the price was fair. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend him highly.

<p>We had a single wall in our front room with a sunken picture window in the middle that required a lot of drywall work.  The wall had been covered in wallpaper and painted over several times in 32 years by previous owners, and it was apparent as I was removing the wallpaper that the drywall underneath was badly damaged.  Rafael gave me a quote to finish tearing down the remaining wallpaper remnants and prepare the wall for a skim coat.  He also talked me out of completely replacing the drywall, as this would be a more costly and messy option.  I was initially going to attempt to skim the wall myself, but given the size of the wall and my lack of experience, I figured I'd leave it to the professionals.  The day after his quote, Rafael and his associate were at my house at 9AM promptly as promised and began to work.  They were very pleasant to work with, and quietly went about completing the job over a couple of days time between the wallpaper removal, skim coats and sanding.  The end result is a pretty flawless wall that looked amazing after I finished priming and painting it.  Would have been a lot more mess, time and worse result if I had done it myself, so I'm glad I picked Rafael to complete the job right for me.  Will definitely hire again if more drywall work is required at a future time!</p> <br />

Rafael and his crew removed popcorn ceilings and replaced with a beautiful smooth finish. At Rafael's suggestion we had them install crown moulding which is absolutely beautiful! It's a messy job, but they did an excellent job covering the walls and floors and cleaning up. We also had a sagging patio ceiling replaced. We are very pleased with the price and workmanship and will use this company again.

Rafael is very friendly and conscientious. He taught me about different textures and suggested future ways to approach wallpaper removal and repairs in the future.

A 6' X 10' piece of drywall had fallen from the ceiling in the garage due to a roof leak, Castle Rock Drywall fixed it.  I am happy with the outcome and would use them again.
