Very smooth and clean.

Their prices compared to others is good. I liked their overall customer service. I had a good first impression of them. <br /> <br /> They have a good quality of product and workmanship. I am please with the work they did. I will use them again if needed.

There were two service men and it took them about five hours to do the work. They left the area clean when they were done. They were responsive from the office people to the workers that came out.  <br /> <br />

We got 3 bids and theirs was the lowest. There responsiveness was very good. They had the windows ready 2 weeks before they said they would be. They were here at the time and day they said they would. They did the job and cleaned up after themselves. Their salesman spent a lot of time going over the product with us. Two other salesman came in and gave their sales pitch and they wanted to get out of here. This guy spent about an hour and half going through everything, measuring, and explaining the product. We told him that he earned our business because he took the time to answer our questions.

The install crew was awful. They removed all the windows then installed the new ones (we about froze to death Jan install). They told us it would be done one out and new one in. They crew made a mess and did not clean up. One actually ate a sandwich and dropped in into the bathroom and left it there. The trim work had to be replaced 3 times as it was so bad. My bay window had a defect and it took 3 trips to finally get the new one. We reported all of this and didn't even get an "I'm sorry". Our crew did not speak any English so trying to get them to clean up did no good. The windows are great and very good quality but I would never recommend them to anyone.

Prior to all Castle installations you could feel strong draft blowing from one side of house to other. We are amazed at the difference after Castle windows/sliding door were put in. We can actually sit downstairs w/o covering up with blankets now! And the whole bottom of the house is one solid comfortable temperature now too. It's like being in a new home now, with the temperature control and comfort one would expect. We highly recommend this company & their quality product. FYI - having your custom windows made to order does take a bit longer of a process, but it is worth every second of the wait.

Excellent, the crew were very professional and did a beautiful job and made sure everything was cleaned before they departed. They had me check over the doors and windows that were in installed to make sure I was satisfied, I have asked to have the same crew to come back to install the new windows in the living room.

Any problems I had, they responded right away to them. There has been no real problem. I would use them again.

<p>I did it in two stages. I did windows and then I came back and did doors and windows to finish up a couple of windows I had not done yet. They came back 6 months later. They did a good job and I was very pleased with the service overall. They did a pretty good job. I did not have much to complain about, if anything. I referred them to my son, he used them. </p>

<p>I had a good experience with them.  The main like was that the sales man really knew his product. The people that did the work were really neat, they did a nice job and seem to have high standards. They are very organized with their scheduling.</p>

I did a whole house project so I had a lot of work done including siding. The quality of the windows was great but the service was not very good. I love my windows but the service has been null to none.

They did a new door and cut a new shape into the doorway for it. They did a really good job.

They did it all in one day it was unbelievable. They took care of everything. They were in and out they cleaned up everything. I couldn't even believe it. They put double hung windows in it was fantastic. The second time was an issue because it wasn't a big job and the guys had to come from New Jersey. It took them three times setting up and then getting canceled because of rain, and they had to make that big trip for just that one small job. It was kind of annoying a little bit but when they were here they were fantastic. They came and they did it all. They had all the protection from the lead paint and actually, there wasn't any dirt whatsoever inside my house. so I have these big sixty three inch high windows and I have twenty three inch deep windowsills.

After the initial sales meeting, Castle sent out someone to measure and order the windows.  After about four weeks they called for an installation date.  Two installers arrived around 9 in the morning and had entire job completed by 4 p.m.  They did a neat job and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with our new windows.  We didn't think when we purchased these windows to question about our alarm system contacts not working on these windows.  Upon completion of the job, we had our alarm guy update our system to wireless.  We are extremely pleased with all workmanship. <br />

The Castle Window crew arrived when I was told they would  and started immediately setting up to install the windows. They explained to me everything they were doing and very efficiently and professionally completed the job in one day. The idea that all seven windows could be removed and new windows be installed in one day was amazing to me. When they left my house there was nothing left for me to clean up or remove. <br />

The salesman came on time and was respectful of my time. I had done a lot of research and he did not try to extend the presentation with what I had seen from others. I felt he was straight forward. Once I decided to use Castle, the scheduling was fine. Unfortunately, the wrong glass was ordered but they took care of it and swapped it out a few weeks later. I was glad to have the follow-up appointment because there was a draft under the sidelight that was fixed when the second crew came with the new glass. Both crews are very nice. Overall the experience was fine and I would use them in the future. <br />
