Billy took his time to inspect our rat issue. He was patient and went above and beyond. He set up traps and covered openings. We successfully got rid of our rat issue. The customer service was phenomenal. We would recommend Castro Services to everyone.

Billy and his team were amazing. After determining what kind of critter we were dealing with he did all the necessary things to rid our home if the problem. I am forever grateful for him and Brian and for answering our late night emergency calls. Billy and Brian closed all openings that could have been a point of entry. They set traps accordlny to safely capture and remove the unwanted attic dweller. Thank yon Critter Control we are critter free and I have finally been able to get a peaceful night of rest. I fully recommend these guys You will not be disappointed.

Very personable, knowledgeable and thorough

Billy was the first to respond at the end of the day to my EMERGENCY! . He fit me as his last appointment & I was beyond grateful. A RAT got in my house due a water issue in the toilet - Billy checked my entire house & confirmed the house had no holes, Attic was perfect & the RAT came up via the empty toilet ( bad luck). He was confident he could fix the issue & in just one day he did. He checked on my house two more times after that to make sure. He is really a great guy and now my new monthly exterminator.

I had rodents about ten years ago, but this time they were in my kitchen. Billie pulled out the dishwasher, one of their hideouts, and trapped quite a few. He set up mesh all over the attic and in some places near the kitchen. He is reliable, helpful, highly competent . . . and (after a plague of summer months) my house is rat free. His costs are reasonable compared to a (good but very expensive company I used about ten years ago). Excellent job. I work at home, and it is not comfortable having rats the size of opposum streaking by me when I am trying to prepare lunch. Totally recomment this company--excellent job. In my neighborhood (near a canal and currently with a lot of flips going on) they may well come back. . . and I won't deal with any other company in the future. He shows up reliably, is pleasant and personable, and most importantly, he solves the problem. Strongly recommend.
