Dan from Catamount located the source of the problem in under 15 minutes, helped us figure out how to fix it, and didn't charge us for needless remediation. These guys are awesome and I would hire them again in a heart-beat. Honest and very knowledgeable.

I had most of my possessions in storage for 5 years and during that time mice overtook the unit. My sofa and chair were full of mice feces and there was some mildew. The experts cleaned everything quickly and efficiently, and they were personable.  The experience was so positive that I plan to have them back to clean my rugs and a mattress.

Dan meet with me the day after I called him,we agreed on a price,they did the deed the following Thursday .Fast, complete, polite,estimate was right on the money,team was polite and respectful to my mother.Dan then met with me a few days latter to make sure I was happy with work.....could not have been more so.

When my basement flooded because our water heater gave out five days after we purchased our home, I didn't know what to do.  There was more water on the floor  than a shop vac could handle.  It was recommended that I call Dan.  He answered the phone and asked questions about my situation to determine if I needed a weekend response or if it could wait until Monday.  We decided to wait.  On Monday morning they were at my house, assessed the situation, gave me an estimate and started drying out the basement including removing the carpet.  The service was professional and quick.  They left blowers on site to ensure the area was dry and there would be no mold growth.  I was pleased with their response.  Liked getting the discount as an Angie's List member also.  <br />

They responded very quickly after contacting them and provided a thorough and detailed explanation of what work was needed and approximate cost.  They emailed a detailed estimate the next day.  They answered all questions and are very professional.   They really know what they are doing. They began work when promised and kept us informed of progress.  Even though they wound up having to do more work than originally planned they honored the price in the estimate.  They definitely exceeded our expectations.
