Lights left on, garbage left for me to take out, workers spent a unreasonable time in the house and charged accordingly. Simply awful.

Catherine's Cleaning of The Hamptons has truly been a life saver for me. I found the service Googling online over 5 years ago and I have counted my lucky stars ever since! All summer, every week, I have a household full of guests and when the next round of guests arrive the house is sparkling clean, in order, beds freshly made. all towels (bath and pool) washed and folded and stored neatly back in their places. Both Catherine and her staff are extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. The cleaning is impeccable. Catherine's offers year round service, both for year round residents and seasonal residents. My team comes in the off season to wipe down all surfaces, run all water taps in the sinks, and flush all the toilets. This keeps the house amazingly fresh! Anytime the house is used off-season it looks, feels and smells as if it was just thoroughly cleaned, as if I had walked out the door that morning and my team cleaned while I was out. I have had the same team all these years. Catherine's employees are truly honest, tremendously hardworking and very loyal. The service she supplies allows me to continuously open my home to family and friends all summer long with a huge load of work taken off my shoulders. I could not do this without the kind of attention and responsiveness that Catherine and her staff give to me. I am happy to be called on as a reference should you decide to call Catherine. The day you do, you will count your lucky stars!

Having a weekend house one doesn't want to spend the better part of Sunday cleaning and doing laundry. I saw an ad for Catherine's Cleaning, and after having several other housekeepers decided to give them a try. We have been super happy with the service and on our second year with them. Catherine is responsive, and accommodating when needed. The crew does a fabulous job, even taking the initiative, for instance, cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, and are trustworthy and reliable. We love that extra touch of the cute little fold they put on the end of the roll of toilet paper :) They are a tad pricey for my budget, but the service and quality is well worth it, especially walking into the house on Friday night and it is spotless. Kudos to Catherine's Cleaning.

We were pleased with the general cleaning and requested the same girls, they did a great job and were done in 2 hours.

Catherine's Cleaning was amazing! Vanessa was very professional and met with me the day before the actual cleaning to review specific instructions and what would be realistic in terms of time frame/price. She arrived the next day with the cleaning team and reviewed all of my instructions thoroughly with them, then came back later in the day to check on their progress and quality of work. Overall - we were very satisfied with Catherine's Cleaning professionalism and services provided! Great job!
