John showed up on time to provide an estimate and performed the work keeping to the estimate. He made adjustments based on our feedback, and communicated clearly through every stage of the project. I'm quite satisfied with the work and would hire him again.

Ron was on time, made great options with good reasoning behind layout of installing Mini Split Air Conditioning Units. Same day estimate sent via email with breakdown of cost. Installed right away and done in one day. The crew was very professional and easy to work with. I would recommend Cawiamca to anybody in need of AC installation in fact I already did to my niece.

Cawiamca Heating, Cooling, and Electrical was professional, knowledgeable and nice from the very first call. The owner Ron came out within a day to scope out the project and provide very reasonable quotes. From there, he quickly scheduled the install of the new Furnance and had his team out very quickly. His team worked diligently, were knowledgeable and very nice. They were efficient and clean during the install, leaving no debris leftover. Outstanding company and outstanding work performance. Out of many estimates, Cawiamca offer came by e-mail in 24 hrs from the visit. After few clearing Q&A, final detailed contract was sign in person in 48 hrs. All communication was done with the owner OVER THE WEEKEND promptly, with understanding, concern and his willingness to help. Totally impressive for business owner to do that on weekend. It turned out to be a very simple fix that took less than 15 minutes and they left without charging me anything. I was pleasantly surprised, And I would recommend them, and call them again without hesitation.

After meeting Ron the owner, he educated me of the benefits of replacing my 25 year old oil furnace and central air unit with a very efficient HEAT PUMP/AC unit. A real no Brainer decision. All electric, energy star rated and no more fuel oil. After a very reasonable quote, with veterans discount, I said I'm in. Two of his Team showed up on a Wednesday around 8am and by Friday around Noon my AC was on. Friendly, professional, attention to detail. This was the best experience with a company that I have never had come to my home before. I run an Airbnb out of my residence and my central air stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. I called all the service people in my area and no one could come for 2 weeks. I was panicked! I found Cawiamca on Angi's list. They are located in Saybrook CT. I wasn't sure they would come all the way to my home in Mystic. The owner himself called me and had someone come out THAT VERY DAY!! And the problem was fixed within an hour. I can't say enough good things about this company and the service man that came out. Fabulous, friendly, and expert service! I highly recommend them!

I cannot recommend Cawiamca strongly enough. When we look for a company to do work on our house we look for three things: a track record of good work, fair price, and reliability. Cawiamca has all of these things in spades. The first company to respond to us? Cawiamca. First with a quote? Cawiamca. Our heat pump installation was a big project and took several days, and the Cawiamca team were a pleasure to have at our house. They did great work, left things cleaner than they found them, and always kept us updated. Equally as importantly- Ron and Jeremy are incredibly responsive when I had a question or a need, often responding the same day. Cawiamca is deserving of your business- hire them now!

I'd like to give a AAA+ rating to Ron and Jeremy owners of Cawiamca LLC. These guys are top notch! Ron provided competitive pricing for my new furnace system and installation. Jeremy did the install in less than a full day. I've had the system for little over a year. They came back this fall for an annual cleaning and I signed up with them for a service contract. Fast forward to December 24th Christmas eve. We lost power in Essex and my generator tripped the furnace off due to a surge. I called Ron who was out of state at the time. He phoned me back within 15 minutes. He then sent Jeremy over to survey and fix the problem. Jeremy explained he was on his way out for family festivities when Ron called. He got it up and running quickly. It was a very nice Christmas present for me. I can't stress enough how rare great customer service is these days. CAWIAMCA did an outstanding job installing 2 high efficiency ductless mini splits – 1 at each end of my house. The owners Ron and Jeremy worked with me patiently on the system sizing and selection process, rebates from my power company, income tax credits, etc. Everyone on the installation crew was polite, conscientious, and knowledgeable. They came back next day to complete the installation of the second system despite snow and freezing rain!!! This company is well equipped to do the job efficiently. CAWIAMCA's price was much lower than the other 2 contractors I got estimates from (who planned to use concrete blocks to support the outdoor condensers). CAWIAMCA used quality steel bases with tall legs to support the condensers and keep them higher up away from snow, leaves, mice, etc. Nice looking installation. I could not be happier with a company. :-) CAWIAMCA!!!
