Reliable for lawn care and snow removal. Had some billing issues but otherwise no issues.

Was told the initial mowing was hourly, which was fine I knew it would take time. Sent 2 men to mow the lawn, they were there 3hrs. (6 man hours) was charged for 9 hrs. 6 hr of labor and then an hour for travel. None of which was discussed prior.

THEY WERE VERY FAST AND,DID A GREAT JOB.

Chad was very flexible and the work he was able to fit us into the schedule during a very busy season. It was a little complicated getting hold of him -- but that's again because he's out in the field actually working with his crew. Friendly and reliable.

Chad was extremely responsive and always delivered on his timelines. We had a large granite step installed and I had some patio repair done. The patio looks like new and they did an expert job prepping and installing the granite. They cleaned up - it's like they were never here, and they loamed, seeded areas of the lawn that were damaged from the machinery. All in all, a very good experience. I'd hire Chad and his crew again. The only reason form my 4 1/2 star rating on quality is because we had discussed having some drainage stone added next to the new granite step which didn't happen. Not a big deal, though.

The landscaping crew was extremely respectful, it was a pleasant experience. I have recommended CBF to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Landscaper did not show up or call on day of scheduled service. They did great work when they did finally show up 4 days later. I would like to continue to use him on a regular basis alghough I don't believe he is licensed to use fertilizer.
