The job was done right and they were explaining everything as they went along. We are very pleased to have a working garage door opener again. They got right to work on the garage door opener and explained that part for our old opener were no longer available. It is also nice to have the keypad outside to open the door instead of having to come through the house. I will easily recommend them to a friend.

Dave LISTENED to my issue when we spoke on the phone. He came out same day. He was able to get the new springs and rollers I needed. He was very honest and did NOT try to sell me a whole new garage door like the other company did. He had to order the springs from out of town manufacturing company. Because of holiday shipping was one day off. Dave came back Tuesday morning and got it all fix and running like brand new!! I would highly recommend Dave, who is not only a technician he is the OWNER as well!

They were the only company to respond to my online request. He responded promptly and scheduled me for the next afternoon! He called to tell me he was on his way! The garage door was fixed and I feel it was a very fair price! I would hire again!

From the first call which was answered really fast and friendly to the end of project i was extremely impressed with the professional work and attitude. The price was reasonable and very fair. I was treated as the most important client of the day even though I called late after hours and Dave was here in under 30 minutes. I can't remember a business dealing so perfect as this. I sent pictures to 3 providers, they were the first ones to tell me they could just fix it instead of replace and for the cheapest price of the 3. Garage door was fixed within 2 hours from when I talked to them, no complaints, fantastic job! Will use them again, saved their contact information!!!

They came out promptly to give their estimate. Two days later they installed the garage door. They were friendly, prompt and cleaned up after their job. I would highly recommend them for garage door repair or installation.

My experience with this company from start to finish was very professional and very informative the guy that showed up to my house (Dave) was great. It s nice to know that there is still 5-star businesses. Price was very reasonable customer service was great. Would definitely recommend.

Dave explained exactly what I was getting for my money. He stayed to make sure I understood how to use all parts of the new system. Great personality.

We started looking for a garage door repair on Angie's List. City and County responded almost immediately and let us know that our garage door would need to be replaced after seeing pictures and hearing what was wrong with it. Came out and replaced it, everything was great. We are giving them a D not because of the initial work they did but what happened after. Just two months later our door completely stopped working. Called City and County several times to see if they could come out and look at the door. We finally had someone come out and look at it and gave us a price, what needed to be fixed etc. He said that he would look for the part and then get back to us. Heard nothing for at least a week before I had to call them back. Said that he didn't have the part but ordered it and it would be 7-10 days before it came in but again heard nothing. Never contacted us again after that conversation. I had my father call about a month later and he spoke with City and County about our garage door. Still nothing. Here we are at the end of September and our door is STILL broken. Would definitely not use again for garage door replacement/repairs.

Owner Dave and helper Roland arrived on time and removed two 8 foot garage doors, reframed, and replaced with one 16 foot door repositioning my garage door opener. The new door was in place and lockable in one day, no chance of vandalism. They did a great job and charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend them for garage door work.

They were great! Garage door spring broke Sunday, they called me Sunday night, at my house 8am Monday morning and had it fixed within 20 minutes. Would definitely use them again.

They were amazing to work with...so friendly and helpful. They temporarily fixed our garage door so it “worked” while we waited for our new door to get in. New door is beautiful. They immediate came right back out to fix a small problem after they had installed the door. They even brought soggy treats for my dog...she loves them. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

He called to tell me he was approximately 30 minutes out which helped to ensure that I didn't spend my afternoon stuck at home. He replaced the spring within 30 minutes, oiled the system and checked to ensure that the system worked well.
