I hired ND Construction (Danny and team) for a number of jobs after a home inspection. Danny was a joy to work with. Work was done well and timely. Team was thorough, and communication was clear. Danny is a man of his word and kept it when I needed him to come back for a change bast on our buyer’s additional request. Highly recommended. I will us him again.

I submitted a request on 4/11, and Danny responded the very next day ready to provide a free quote with no wait time. He accommodated my requested meeting time, even though it was outside typical business hours. He came out, assessed the project, and gave me a quote on the spot. I expected a delay, but he explained that with his years of experience, he already knew what the job would require and cost. We agreed on half upfront and half upon completion. The original start day was delayed due to rain, but he kept me informed and came out the next day to complete the job. My 12x15 patio was finished in less than 8 hours. The process was smooth because I knew what I wanted, and he was able to meet my expectations, budget, and timeline. He also handled final framing removal and minor cleanup. Professional, friendly, and communicative throughout. I highly recommend him and would hire him again.

Danny did a great job! Added some sturdy shelves in our garage above the garage doors for storage. Was efficient, professional and did a great job.

We hired ND Construction to come in and lay leveling concrete thru the house due to the concrete slab being so uneven so we can get flooring down. It was a tough job that several other contractors turned down as it’s a process not common in Indiana. They did a great job and were done on time even though they ran into other issues along the way. I highly recommend them.

Amazing job replacing our ceiling fan. Was quick, professional, and cleaned up the little bit of dust from the old fan.
