Dryer is back in good running order!

Incorrect diagnostic done - recommended control board replacement, quoted $350 for the privilege, and then disappeared on us. After waiting for two weeks, we called in Sears for a diagnostic, and all that was needed was a clean up of the drain pipe - there was a quarter stuck there. Very disappointed with the quality of diagnostic and the lack of follow up from CD Appliances. We chose this option first trying to save a few dollars on the diagnostic, but will not repeat this mistake or use this vendor again

Did you get actions to replace the board but recommended I do not get in the age of the unit. He help me with feedback on what brands I should consider as a replacement. As stated above, he would not take payment even though he spent over an hour at my home. Great guy.

I had a problem with my refrigerator and called Cliff. He told me when he would show up and was there on time. He was professional and careful in the way he handled my property. He needed to order a part to complete the job. The part came in, he came back as and when he promised and finished the job. What more could you ask for in appliance repair? I'll hire him again someday.

Cliff did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and resolving it for us. He was honest in identifying the washer leak and letting me know that this would not be a big cost at all. He was very reasonable in the price for the dryer as well. He left the area clean and tidy after he completed his repair work. Both the washer and dryer (Samsung) are working perfectly.

Cliff arrived right on time for appointment. He was very helpful and informative. It turned out that there was a crack in the tub of my washer as well as some other problems, and the best choice is to get a new machine. I really appreciate the honesty and advise he gave me! The charge for the diagnosis was very reasonable!

My refrigerator is now working and I didn't have to go out and purchase a new one. Outstanding! Cliff was on time, professional, personable, and positive. Cliff even cleaned out the drum simply because he noticed it was dirty, even though it wasn't germane to the work! I cannot express enough what a great job he did. Dryer's working perfect!

Called Cliff late on a Friday afternoon and he contacted my tenant quickly and worked along with her to schedule the repair of the appliance. When he arrived he called and told me what was wrong and what he was going to do to repair the appliance. After the repair he called me back and went over everything he did and he said to call him if anything came up. All went great and the price was very fair. Giving him all A's and will use him for all my repairs in the future.

Within 5 minutes, Cliff retrieved the chain. He took one look at the machine and knew how to take it apart. He even fixed the chain. That was going above and beyond.

Called up and connected directly with Cliff. He had me take a picture of the model info. He gave me a quote on labor that was very good. He called back on the price of a replacement and I gave him the go ahead. He was at my door on time checked and the ice maker did need replaced. In less then an our her was out the door for less then the quote. He did a very good job and a very good price.
