Remodeling is a stressful event. Most people who have been through one know there are so many variables and always at least something small unexpected - whether it be hidden damage in the wall, bad weather, or simply an option you thought of after work has begun that changes another few things that need to be done. It's really helpful to partner with a contractor who will shoot it to you straight and offer solutions and flexibility to fit each of my individual clients' sweet spot between keeping on a budget, controlling chaos, and making the space look great!
