C & D CONSTRUCTION subcontracted part of it out so that's why it's not finished. They had this roofing company do part of it so they have to wait for the electric company to turn the energy on so they can put the last piece of siding on. Every time they have them come out it rains so they won't come out. It has been like two months to get the last 15 minutes of the work done. It's crazy but other than that it's been fine. I wasn't super impressed by C& D CONSTRUCTION. I keep calling them to finish. I don't know if I'd recommend them or not. The work looks fine but I wish they would finish. They're not punctual like they should be but it's mostly the subcontractor and not the company itself.

The workmanship was 'top notch.' The project began as scheduled and was completed in about a week. The contractor/owner personally was on-site with two assistants. Many compliments were received from neighbors about the attractiveness of the finished wall. Very pleasant experience.
