Excellent work.

Everything went very well! The workers were very professional and the work was done very quick and the quality is great. I love my new patio cover and I am enjoying my patio a lot more!! The salesman was also very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend C& D and they are a very reputable company! <br />

The room looks great. The quality of work and professional were great. We had one guy who was here almost all the time and he was great and he would have someone with him.

The process went well, and the fee for the consultation and quote was very reasonable.  Unfortunately, the quote was higher than we hoped, so we will not be adding the sunroom at this time. <br />

It was great. I got my estimate in May, but was held up by me. They would have been ready for me a week after the estimate. They worked around my schedule. They were understanding to what was going on. There were two people who came out and worked, they were here for three days. They worked in the heat. I would tell a friend or family member that they do a good job.

I will recommend them. They did a great job. They were prompt, did an excellent job, cleaned up, and their cost.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and punctuality of the project. We had a back patio space we wanted enclosed and had gotten several estimates and examined the types of materials for. We went with an insulated foam vinyl and enclosed with glass and vinyl siding. It took about six weeks after the final measurements and contract signature for the material to arrive. They installed neatly and meticulously, even adding an unplanned finish on the inside. We absolutely LOVE this space. It is our new favorite place to hang out- with windows open or closed, we also had a patio sliding door added for outside access.I am thrilled with the whole project and experience. It is so much more beautiful than I could have imagined. They have a lot of experience and obviously it showed. Everything was sealed well and they came back once afterwards to double check and finish last piece of material installation that arrived a little late (No problem for us). <br />

Work was prompt and completed in 1 day. Work crew cleaned up all debris. Was very pleased with the work and the price.

The installation was about a month after the original planned date, reportedly due to bas weather. Once they started it went as expected. Everyone was friendly efficient and professional. <br /> <br />3eHowever a couple of months after it was complete. we began to get a leak. After the original call to C and D. we were promised they would come out the following week - the leak was only a drip at that time, No one showed or called the following week. We called again after not hearing, by this time the leak was much larger and more than a drip and in more than just one place. They Promised again someone would show that week but again no show and no call. This happened again each of the two weeks and by this time furniture and electronics had been affected. Called a couple of individuals and tried to escalate the issue with the company, and after a couple more weeks, finally a tech came out. Once on site the cause of the leak (workmanship) was identified, fixed correctly and we have not had any other problems. <br /> <br />Their knowledge of the product they used seemed quite limited as trying to get an answer on whether or not a wood or pellet stove could be installed throu the ceiling or wall and the method was answered only with they did not know but were aware some customers had done it. <br />

They are a very detail oriented company that provides a true quality service.  They are all courteous and have a professional attitude.  We have just moved to a different house and C&D will be putting in a new deck and screened porch addition for us very soon.  You will not be sorry if you choose them to perform your job.   <br />

The color matched perfectly, the installation was easy, and I am very happy with it.

We had estimates from 3 other Screen room companies, but felt the most comfortable with C & D because of their explanation of their products and the flexibility of the options offered. We met numerous times with the C & D sales person Harry Dunham to present to us the various types of 2, 3 and 4 season patio rooms C & D had to offer. Harry was great and patiently worked with us to price up and present designs. We wore out Harry asking for recommendations and changing our minds many times. Harry was pleasure to work with and was determined to make us happy. When it came time for the install it was December and cold and snowy. The C & D installers, Josh and Scott worked very hard for more than a week through a very cold and snowy weather. Josh and Scott were professional and worked with a great work ethic to make the job go well despite the cold weather and snow. They showed concern for the their quality of work and made very good recommendations to any problems as they occurred. During the install despite the muddy wet days Scott and Josh showed concern and tried their best to keep the mud away from the new room by laying card board sheets to keep to mess to a minimum for our 2 Shih-tzu's so they would not track in the mud into our house. Before and during the construction we met and talked with the owners Jake and Greg Hood and they answered our questions and we felt very comfortable dealing with a family owned business. It has been been a few months and we contacted Gregg at C & D was very responsive to send Scott back to resolve a very minor leak. We highly recommend C & D for their quality products, honesty and excellent service. We would definitely do business with them again.

QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE ON TIME, ON BUDGET, & NO MISSED APPOINTMENT.

OVERALL VERY GOOD ONCE THE JOB WAS STARTED. THERE WERE PROBLEMS AT FIRST GETTING STARTED WITH UNREASONABLE DELAYS. I WAS UPSET AT THAT, SO I RECOMMEND YOU KEEP AFTER THEM TO GET STARTED IN THE TIME FRAME PROMISED. THE ONLY OTHER PROBLEM I HAD WAS THAT THE SALESPERSON HAD NEGLECTED TO BUILD IN ENOUGH HEIGHT IN THE SPECS TO ACCOMMODATE A CEILING FAN. SO THAT HAD TO BE OVERCOME WITH THE BUILDING INSPECTOR. SINCE INSTALLATION I HAD A MINOR WARRANTY ITEM, BUT IT WAS REMEDIED QUICKLY AND EASILY. IN THE END IM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND THE END PROJECT.

IF I HAD NOT GONE OUTDOORS, I WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN ANYONE WAS HERE TO DO WORK; AND HE CLEANED UP COMPLETELY AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.

THEY DID A NICE JOB AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WORKERS VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY ADDRESS ALL PROBLEMS AND QUESTIONS
