Job well done

I had CD's Handyman do services.  They did work to my new mobile home.  There was a leak under the kitchen sink and it was coming from the new disposal.  He went at it two times to try and stop the leak and it didn't stop, he did say to me that he stopped it.  After he walked away I could see that it was dripping ever so slightly.  I kept a bucket under it to catch the dripping.  It wasn't until after they got done fixing the bathtub that the leak under the sink stopped.  It really wasn't his power to have fixed that until the bathtub was replaced and the pipes were all replaced.  There was a terrible leak in the bathroom there, I couldn't fill up the tub without it coming underneath the tub onto the floor.  I felt like he had kind of like a bad attitude, I wasn't very comfortable with the guy, he spent a lot of time talking to me about all his work life and what he accomplished.  That's all good and everything, he told me about his own personal life too and you know I guess just to show me his integrity.  Him getting angry with me makes me think, well he's a good worker, he's done very well, but his attitude, I just didn't want him around.  So when he came over that very last day, I had a list for him to do.  He put the latch on the door and during that time when he was looking at the list and we're walking around looking at things, my mother called and I was talking to her, then he walked up to me and waved his hand to me like bye bye I'm going and he was gone.  I paid him for all of his work and everything and just that he put the latch on that closet door, and he didn't do anything else.  I guess it was because maybe he's just about had it with me, so he left.  I think my main complaint about the guy was his attitude.  All together it was 4 visits, two of them were a week apart.  He said he had a doctor appointment, he had to go see about that doctor appointment and prepare for heart surgery.  He did the work on the West Harmon location.  He was here in January of 2017.  It cost well over a thousand dollars.  I did not like him shaming me, I don't like the way he talked down to me, and I just did not appreciate all the ways in which he talked to me about himself, I think he was trying to intimidate me into using him as a plumber, and I did not want to do that.  He did not respond, I always had to call him.  I think one time he called me back.  It took him three hours to do the stairs.  I was very happy with the ceiling fans.  They look nice, they act right, as for the stairs I think they're very steep.  They look nice but they're very steep and they're steeper than I thought they were going to be.  CD's Handyman, I thought it was just him, I didn't know there were others. 

Excellent. Fast, Great Work, and Competent. Owner did the work.

I guess I will ask for a refund, no service.

It took two days to patch hole which was okay. He did good work, however I had to call him about time twice about appointment time. After second day of patch, I ask when he was going to come back and paint, he then informed me that painting would cost extra (surprise). The wall got patched, he did good.

It went very well.  The work was completed without any problem.  He was prompt & courteous.  We will definitely be using him again.  Very satisfied.

Very fast, faster than I expected. Cleaned up impeccably when done. Considering he had to run up and down the stairs about 50 times to get things done, I was very pleased with speed, quality and professionalism. There was some minor finishing at the floor work where he has to cut in to fit the casement that I was surprised he didn't cover but a minor thing against the overall quality and value. <br /> I am disappointed he didn't call me back for my second job. <br />

It didn't go too well. He came out but didn't bring the tools I told him he was going to need to anchor the screens out. He tool some baseboards off and then said he couldn't use the ones in my garage. He said he'd come back at another time. I just didn't push through with because I wasn't thrilled when he set up the first time. It took a couple of weeks before he came out because he doesn't live on my side of town. The price however was a good deal.

I had to correspond by email with this provider for approximately 3 weeks before I was able to arrange an appointment to do the work I needed. I guess he's extremely busy, but when you want or need something done, you have to wait too long for an appointment.   I had a list of things to be done which couldn't be accomplished since parts were needed, so another appointment was necessary.  He eventually replaced hoses under the kitchen sink and in each bathroom, realigned a patio light, replaced weather stripping around the front door of my home, and checked on a dining room dimmer.  The provider was very pleasant and the work he did was satisfactory.  I felt I overpaid for the 'deal' since he did not stay for the full three hours.  <br />

<p>There were two men that came.  They were pretty punctual and did a good job.  But, the only complaint that I would say it is that they complained about the replacement vinyl tile flooring was not a good tile, which we knew but it was all we could afford, so it was not appreciated.  They did cleaned up after they completed the job and put back a cabinet that I have in the bathroom. </p> <br />

I wanted to try them out to find me a handyman to call from time to time. But no just ap communication personality made me not sure of them.....gave me some good estimates for on future work...... <br />I do remember when I talk to him before he came out he was going to do something else for me but when he got here he couldn't accomplish it.......but I guess for $99 dollars I can't say much. <br />

He was awful.  He was hard to get a hold of.  The work was great but it was extremely difficult to schedule.  He didn’t finish all in one day.  He did finally finish the work.  The price was good.

It turned out okay. It took longer than two hours to put it in, so he charged me a little more than the Big Deal purchase. He was eager. He left his assistant, it wasn't the main guy. He was helpful and he ended up working so long that he started getting tired. He lived on the other side of town. Things were getting messed up and sloppy. He started damaging things and misaligning things. He did work extra hours though. It was a lot of work and it was kind of a wash. He didn't want to come back the next day and drive all the way across town so he stayed extra time. He actually had to replace some parts because he damaged them, and he did so I didn't have an issue with that.
