Worker was here on time, promptly communicated with me via text, showed her around and she got to work, she asked if she use our vacuum cleaner, I asked her if she had one and she said yes, but showed where mine was just in case, she worked about 3 hours, I noticed she used our vacuum when she was done. a few weeks later my wife went use it and it did not work, the lady said nothing to us about it being broken, it worked great shortly before she visited us and used it. this incident cost me 202.00 to replace, I am requesting this amount of 202.00 to be reimbursed to me as soon as possible.
