Cedar Valley Exteriors was established in Minneapolis, Minnesota in 1998 by two entrepreneurs in the re-roofing industry. Since 1998, Cedar Valley Exteriors grew by helping property owners affected by damaging weather conditions – hail, wind and hurricanes. We have worked in 28 states and responded to small and large hail storms, along with working most major hurricane catastrophes. Today, we have grown to be one of America’s leading Exterior Restoration Companies. We had specific damage done due to a storm and David Faraone from Cedar Valley came out and spoke with the adjuster and then also with the roofing inspector. David used a drone to review the issues with my roof which helped the process along to identify where the biggest issues were. Once we decided to move forward with the new roof the scheduling was extremely easy. The materials were delivered on time and exactly where we wanted them and the crew arrived a day later and stripped the roof and installed a brand new roof all in one day. I cleaned up my yard and driveway perfectly and not a nail was found after they left. Our roof looks beautiful in our neighbors are now reaching out to David to also do the work at their homes. When I purchased my home the roof was 2 years old. 28 years later it needed to be replaced. I went on Angi's List to find a contractor. 40 minutes later I received a call from David Faraone from Cedar Valley Exteriors. Next day he was at my house at 9:00 a.m. He assured me that my ins. co. would cover the cost of a new roof as my roof had sustained wind damage. They did. He walked me through the entire procedure. Dave was a pleasure to work with. We initially called in for a facia repair on our siding and a few roof shingles that blew off in a wind storm. Dave informed us we would be able to file a claim with our insurance company for an entire roof replacement. We were initially skeptical but Dave worked with us and directly with our insurance company to complete the entire job. The work was completed quickly and the roof is beautiful.

My walkway was raised and,my spirit was at an all time low. Recent damage to my roof, siding a home improvement left me cold and distraught. A previous contractor- left an indelible mark on my landscape - you guessed it; shoddy unfinished work. A pal suggested I reach out to Cedar Valley Exteriors- Northeast headquarters to a lad they called - David. Omg. If this guy were an Indian his name would be "flows like water"! His calming knowledge and gracious caretaking reassured me every step of the way. He lifted me up and swept me away with his passion for completeness. My roof was restored and I swear my brick walkway fell back into place. I can't say enough about David, but what I can say is, get in touch with him you won't regret it.

We lost quite a few shingles from one of the recent wind storms. Most of the shingles were lost on the east side. My lovely insurance company sent an adjuster out and with a smile told me they would only pay for one side. I argued that wasn’t acceptable, insurance company wouldn’t budge. A friend recommended Dave F. @ Cedar Valley, he came out assured me that the whole roof would be covered. Man was true to his word. Insurance company paid for the entire roof. Guess who was smiling this time.....this guy. Before you get bullied by your insurance company give Dave a call at Cedar Valley you won’t regret it.

Excellent. The crew arrived early, and began the work. The entire job was completed in one day. The roof was completely stripped and replaced with new shingles. I could not have asked for a better company for the job. Everything was protected during the process and all debris was removed in a dumpster they provided. I have gone through a winter with snow and rain thus far and have noticed no apparent problems. My roof looks fantastic! They were on the job with all permits and are very courteous dealing with everyone involved.

Several months after they installed a new roof we noticed water dripping between the facia and gutter, which wasn’t part of the roofing job. The team quickly came up with a solution and fixed the problem saving me time and money. Eventually the gutters will need to be replaced and I will be sure to contact Cedar Valley. Thank you

Initially the insurance company told my parents they wanted to provide a repair. With the help of Cedar Valley Exteriors my parents now have a Brand New roof and gutters! The product is as good as their ability to work on an insurance claim. Platinum Preferred installers!

The process to have a new roof put on due to wind damage would have never happen if it wasn’t for the knowledge and footwork of Dave FARAONE from Cedar Valley. Insurance denied me and he knew how to work with them to get it covered. I have never felt so at ease with a big project as this he was always calling checking in and letting me know what the next step would be. Representative came out, looked at my roof, came out again to talk to my insurance company to point out storm related damage, my insurance company agreed and covered the new roof application. Workers came out and put the new roof on in one day, and totally cleaned up around the house afterwards. A company manager then came out to inspect the roof and ask if I was satisfied. That was nice that he came out in person. Would highly recommend.

Roof was installed in one day and the crew was amazing, did great job and great clean up. Sales rep, David Faraone, was always available to answer questions. We had a small problem with the dumpster, David also took care of that. We had a good experience with this company.

David Faraone, Service Rep, came out and inspected my roof. He was friendly, attentive, thorough, and handled everything for me from there. He set up an appointment with my insurance company, followed up with my building permit, stopped by my house to check up on the contractors' progress, and kept me informed each step of the way. The contractors worked into the night and completed my roof in one day! (which included replacing several boards). Cleanup was incredible! I literally could NOT find one nail or scrap of debris anywhere on my property! From start to finish, Cedar Valley Exteriors has been an amazing, stress-free experience for me! I am extremely happy, I have a beautiful new roof, and I highly recommend them!!! AAAAA+++++
