"did get a commercial towel then a tractor-trailer truck to drive on I got it from Agri Supply anybody would tell you that the black pipe is a commercial top track for trailers but his wife supposed to be a contract that she would know this as much as that tile cost so my thing is I know I put the right material in you couldn't please every time you told me they wanted to change something make it look as we make it look that way can I get everything you asked me to do and then they they paid me with no problem I thought they were happy but I apologize if I did what they told me to do what they told me on the way this will work if I do what they want and I'm the contract so I did it the other way so they're not please it's their fault I know what to do I was doing it over 30 years I don't argue with customers I didn't argue with them I told him not to put the drain in it was raining they want to get it over with I don't know what to say but I did what the customer asked thank God for having a voice thank you"

"this particular person [Member Name Removed]didn't do his due diligence if he would look more into it he'll find out all I was supposed to do was great that particular driveway customer in the other things done for free and I told him I was not in business of doing work for free so they judge me and they told me not to start their job and that's why no work was done on their property as you see I have other reviewed that are a reviews because I'm a contractor that does what I say I'm going to do is just as sometimes customers decide they want something more done and don't want to pay for it and I'm not in the business of working for free I have a family to feed and I work hard to keep my name good my company has been in business for over 50 years is a 3rd Generation company that we pride ourselves on pleasing our customers and there are some customers that I work for four years they send me residual work so I apologize if I don't work for free and I don't allow customers to get over on me there are some customers that can get over on you and that makes a bad on the good customers but this customer [Member Name Removed]and his wife decided today thought that my pricing was fair but they thought it was a bit much and what they decided they wanted for the $5,500 regular car but then they decided that they want to stamp concrete stamp concrete has doubled the price of a regular type of concrete work and apparently they didn't understand that so they felt some type of way and asked me not to starting a job and I do not apologize for having a cavity in my company not want to do something that would cost me in the long run I would have done stamp concrete as opposed to a regular brush finish concrete then I've been working for free but I would do anybody's work I will go above and beyond the Call of Duty for any customer that is fair with me want to cuz we not family and they don't want me to do that work because I don't want to work less than what I'm worth and it's time for me to walk away so that I don't have any problems with that cousin my job is to please the customer and I know the customer is always right where we are right or wrong that's just life just windows in business they are good people great people I'm in the business of pleasing my customers I doing whatever it takes to make them happy with the type of work that I do if you look at my reviews you'll find out that I do what I say imma Do It Best any questions about the McAllister review you will find out if someone spilled oil on his driveway with him or his neighbors and he wanted me to clean it up and I told him I would have to put get paid to clean it up because that's something that I didn't do now if I cause a problem on a job or if something goes wrong on a job I would effectively stand behind the products that I use and do the right thing and take care of business with that customer it was something out of my reach or something that me and my cousin did not do is someone else did that the customer has to take responsibility for God bless you I was giving an answer to the review"

[Member Name Removed] is telling quite a few untruths cuz he was happy with the job he paid me and after we were finished his neighbors build something like oil on his driveway that he's calling diesel fuel and it did not happen when the job was done he allowed his neighbor to drive in his driveway after we were done and something spilled from his neighbor's car he was trying to get me to do work for free to fix the issue and I told him that we don't do free work and he got upset he was happy with me until that happened he paid me he was happy with the price before we started so I don't know why he has a problem with the oil spill we didn't put there he should have went to his neighbor and they work it out if you would have paid me to fix the problem instead of trying to blame me and my company and I would have fixed it if it isn't able to come to an agreement that wasn't him and his neighbor as I work was done that's what happened"
