C E Fulton's Professional Remodeling (FPR) is a "Special Trade/Finish Carpentry Contractors" residential remodeling company. We offer the highest quality remodeling services for our clients. FPR is owned and managed by Cleveland E Fulton Sr., who’s 25 years of experience in home improvement, repair and remodeling have enabled him to hire three of the most knowledgeable employees, and with the subs we make sure we use the most efficient equipment to produce the best productivity. Our charging methods are "Flat Rate/Hourly Fee/Per Square Foot." Accepted payment methods are "Cash, Check, and Credit Cards (Visa, American Express, Discover, and MasterCard). FPR's Unique Selling Proposition: 1. Any project that proceed over $3,000.00 gets a 15% discount 2. We are opening from 7am to 8am weekday for 20 minutes free consolation 3. Free estimate 4. We will never leave the project without cleaning and putting things in their order for the next day
