CEIL-BRITE WOOD FLOORS

It was a pleasure working with the folks at Ceil-Brite from beginning to end. We had to replace our floors because of a dishwasher leak. Lou came out promptly, assessed the situation, and gave us options. He was extremely knowledgeable and was available to answer all questions throughout the whole process. They replaced our entire house, except for two bedrooms, with Brazilian Oak floors. Tim and Justin, who installed the floors, did a fantastic job -- on time every day, professional, efficient. They finished the job in the time period they gave us. The floors are gorgeous. We would absolutely, with no hesitation, recommend Ceil-Brite to anyone looking to refinish or replace their floors. They are true craftsmen. Thanks guys, for a job well done! There will be people enjoying these floors for generations to come.

Ceil-Brite did an amazing job on our floors. Most of our house has engineered red oak hardwood floors except for one large 500sq ft room. We hired Ceil-Brite to install new red oak hardwood flooring to that one room, repair an area of existing flooring where we removed a built in, and re-sand and stain the rest of the downstairs of our house, including 17 steps. These guys had amazing attention to detail and made it all look like one floor. We even added an extra repair half way through the project which they didn’t bat an eyelid at. They said it was no problem and did an amazing job. It did add one more day to the project as it was a last minute change, but it was well worth it. Unlike other floor companies, Ceil-Brite applies 3 coats of polyurethane which adds to the quality and durability of the floor. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Lou and the team at Ceil-brite.

Our old oak hardwood floors were in desperate need of TLC! We are so thankful that we found Ceil Brite! Lou and his assistant were extremely professional and the work was perfection! This job, although difficult, was done perfectly. Lou and Justin went the extra distance to remediate the poor job done by a local New Smyrna contractor. These people are detail people. Lou also helped to find other contractors to replace the sub-floor. I should mention that when Lou says he'll be at a location he will be there on time and prepared to work. He does a quality job and I recommend him highly.

Lou and his assistant were very professional and always on time.  They worked quickly and quietly and most importantly never nicked any of the shoe molding in any of the rooms.  Our entire house looks brand new.  They went above and beyond by dusting off all surfaces after sanding and before applying the finishes.  <br /> We have been in the area for almost 16 years and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience we have had while doing restoration on our property.  Not a single glitch along the way and the level of workmanship was superior.  We were amazed since we have not had the best luck with hiring contractors over the years.  Lou and Justin are the consummate professionals.  They deliver on their promises and at a very reasonable price.  We would recommend them to any of our friends.  Having this  work done was not easy as we had to remove all our furniture including personal items from closets and find a place to live while the work was being done, but Lou had us back in our house in less than seven days.  <br /> <br />

It was extremely professional, everything was finished entirely on time, and was extremely responsive to questions and concerns I had prior to beginning the project. The floors like a completely new house and the price was far cheaper than I'd estimated it would cost for everything. Totally recommended. <br />

The process was made as easy on us as possible.  We were told what the plan would be, and that there would be some time that we couldn't walk on the floor.  We were able to be prepared for those non-walk days.  Great process. <br />

Showed up on time, did just what was needed, cleaned up after completion. <br /> Pleased with work, most professional of several who estimated. <br />

Can not speak high enough of Louis and his services.  He arrived on time for his appointment to quote the project.  Carefully explained the procedure to us.   He started the job the next day and did an excellent job.   He left the house almost totally free of any type of dust from the sanding process! <br /> Highly recommend his services. <br />

Lou was able to move up the estimated date and we were flexible as well.  He had good hints about taping off the area and double filtering the filters to stop some of the dust from sanding.   He communicated well, showed up when he said he would, etc.   Floor looks wonderful.     The only thing we would have appreciated is some clean up, but that would have meant him coming back after the floor had dried/hardened from the last coat, so we understand why it was not done  ( :   <br /> This is not a project for the faint of heart, it took 4 days with all the coats and steps and there was very fine sanding dust in every nook and cranny - even on the slightly textured walls; thank goodness we had put up the plastic to keep it contained somewhat!! <br /> Lou shared insight/ tips on another floor project we were doing as well.   A very nice fellow who does great work!
