Replace deck, floor and steps along with replacing screen door, soffit work and replaced garden gate. They did an outstanding job with materials and timing. Overall experience was outstanding and will use again.

Outstanding residential renovation, from initial design to move-in ready. Charles Miller transformed 1500sqft. of semi-finished random rooms into a spacious elegant apartment. Beautiful flow from expanded living room to new gourmet kitchen, with cook’s retreat room, smooth primary bedroom with new walkin closet and laundry, luxury bathroom, sweet playroom for grandchildren, and a space-efficienct mechanical/storage room. New lighted display cabinet wall-inset, all new flooring, ceiling lights. He knows his subcontractors well, and supervises for timeliness and to meet his own high standards. Mr. Miller has well-honed aesthetic skills that repeatedly improved outcomes. Tile walls and kitchen counter designs met properly. The redesigned kitchen windows improved view of trees/garden. Throughout this project i came to rely on Mr. Miller’s experience, vision, care and integrity. Highest recommendation!!

Chuck completed a second-story addition for us, transforming a high ceiling into an office and an additional bedroom that seamlessly expanded our upstairs living space. He was highly responsive, organized, and extremely easy to work with throughout the entire process. His team cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and the project was completed ahead of schedule. His crews were always polite, professional, and respectful of our home. I cannot say enough about Chuck Miller. He exceeded our expectations. He was efficient, reliable, professional and above all his work was amazing. He transformed our dingy unfinished basement into a beautiful apartment for my in-laws. He was able to add a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, office space and storage closet. He was always upfront with us and let us know everything that was going to happen and what day it would be done. All of his workers were kind, knowledgeable and cleaned up after they were finished. The entire process was easy and as stress free as possible. Even when there were a few bumps in the road due to pre-existing issues in our basement, Chuck explained in detail what the issue was and how they could fix it. We had total confidence and trust in his ability. And we never regretted choosing him as our contractor. Chuck has a way of making us feel at ease and creating an easy-going work relationship. 10/10. We are incredibly happy with our end result!! I was also pleased with Chuck and his team from the beginning to the end of our project. Chuck was upfront with his pricing and added so much value with his years of experience and knowledge. He always did the right thing and his attention to detail is impeccable. I am a perfectionist but he is even more so than I am! The quality of Chuck's work is top notch and he is extremely responsive. He is also extremely clean and expects his team to have everything impeccable. It is very difficult to spend a large amount of money on a large project. I trusted Chuckl from the beginning to help me spend our money wisely and he even tried to help me save money. He is honest and truly cares about doing the job right. i have recommended him to many in my neighborhood and will continue to do so. We have some upcoming projects that we are saving for and I will be calling Chuck to help as soon as we are ready.
