I highly recommend Centennial Landscaping. I hired them to build a paver patio and do yard edging. Larry was very prompt with his estimate, and it was a competitive price. He is very easy to communicate with, listens and offers suggestions. And, he followed the project's progress daily. The crew was outstanding. They showed up every day by 8 a.m. and worked until 6 p.m. They were very friendly, professional and respectful of my property. At the end of the project, they did a great job cleaning up. Diego is an expert with pavers. The patio he built is beautiful. From the estimate to the completion of the project I couldn't have been more pleased with this company. If I need any landscaping in the future, I will definitely call Centennial.

I worked with owner Larry multiple times and his work and work ethics are excellent. Once he starts the work then he finishes it. No money business!! He is knowledgeable in this area. Definitely recommend him!

Larry and his crew were truly fabulous and extremely professional to work with every single day for the entire job (5 days). They showed up on time every day and worked solidly through till the end of the day. They didn't quit until the everything was done. <br /> <br />Larry was always available whenever I had any questions or concerns. He was professional but easy to get along with and always happy. I was nervous about the whole job as I didn't feel like I had communicated my vision or what I wanted to happen. At our initial meeting, Larry was receptive to our ideas but also understood that we were open to ideas and suggestions that he might provide. We had met with other contractors and they had provided us with comparable quotes to Larry's. However, those quotes were exactly what we had communicated with no suggestions for improvements or other options. We had some ideas of what we wanted for an end result, but no real clear details. Larry was able to bring his 40+ years of experience and knowledge to the table and guide us in the right direction and am I ever glad he did. There's a lot to be said for experience. The end result is incredible and even now, 3 months later, we still step outside andare amazed with the transformation of our backyard. We LOVE it. I couldn't be happier with the final product. <br /> <br />After the complete demolition of the backyard, Larry's crew installed patio pavers. The quality with which the pavers were installed is comparable to what you would find on a high-traffic commercial site. All of the proper steps were followed and the necessary layers (i.e.: road base, sand) installed. In addition to the pavers, we had three beautiful raised planters installed, along with the necessary sprinkler system. We had two steps installed off the house as well and I was really concerned with them being too small and I wanted to make sure that my concerns were heard and heeded. Both Larry and his crew reassured me that they understood what I wanted and they nailed it. They built exactly what I wanted. <br /> <br />Anytime I had a concern with the way something was going, Larry was receptive and positive about my feedback and any concerns were immediately addressed. As well, Larry made sure that at the end of the job that we went through everything together and addressed any and all concerns. As with any major job, little things happen. For instance, some of the stucco on the side of our house was scratched and broken when the flagstones were moved and one of the fence boards was broken. Larry addressed those two specific things immediately and fixed them himself, as well as any other problems. I hesitate to even call them problems, as they were dealt with so fast and so professionally, that I never felt that they even escalated to a and quot;problem statusand quot;. <br /> <br />I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Larry and his crew for any sort of paver work, or other work, you are considering. They are professional, honest, hard-working and friendly. They are truly a great local company that I am proud to have worked with.

Larry's team completed our yard clean up and trimming to our complete satisfaction. Some have noted a lack of responsiveness, which we also experienced slightly. But it's obvious Centennial is in high demand due to their great work. We're completely satisfied with the job they've done and the appearance of our yard. I will be using Centennial Landscaping on a regular basis in the future because I now know that I will get a quality effort and result. Thanks, Larry.

This was an exceptional experience. Larry initially came out and created a design for us (on an Angie's List special) as we really didn't know where to start (new home - no landscaping on sides or back of house with huge slope in the back of the property). We had a limited budget and a large area to cover. Larry came up with some great ideas for the retaining wall (which other contractors had told me I'd need a 2-tier wall because of the grade). Larry was able to do it in one tier, saving us a lot of money. The rest of the design was great too. Larry listened AND heard all of our input and designed it accordingly, knowing that we would not be able to complete everything the first year. Once we decided to go with Centennial, Larry gave us a start date and was here at the appointed date and time. His crew was great! They worked virtually nonstop for a bit over a week installing the sprinkler system extension to the back, the retaining wall, fence, grass and rock. The sprinkler system is another place where we were able to save money. Other contractors told us we would need a new controller and 3 stations in back while Larry was able to use the existing controller and only two stations in the back even leaving additional hose in the planter for additional sprinkler heads. The overall job was excellent. The quality of work was 2nd to none. The price actually came in below budget and we are thrilled with the result. Any little setbacks and all concerns were discussed and resolved to our complete satisfaction. The only down side is that I didn't realize that Centennial also does maintenance work. I'll have to give Larry a call about that and another project that we are looking to complete this year.

I can't say enough about Larry and his crew. They are a great group of guys who bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic each and everyday. Their number one goal was to ensure my happiness as a customer and homeowner. They showed up everyday right around 8am and worked until 4:30 or so. I can count on one hand the number of times I wasn't able to reach Larry on the phone over a period of several weeks! So I'm not sure what that 1 negative review is all about. The project came out wonderful. The trees are mature and nicely shaped. The plant life and mulch is healthy and vibrant. And the retaining wall looks outstanding!! Being a veteran, I've got a little OCD when it comes to things being just right. Fortunately for me, Larry and his crew were easy to talk to and they were driven to meet my expectations of making things "perfect". That's something I greatly appreciated. As the project was reaching it's finality I had so many people comment on how good everything looked. In the end, I came away with a beautifully landscaped home at a very reasonable price, as well as a lot of new friends! Thanks guys!

They pulled old bushes and trees out and cleared up a lot that needed work in our yard. Very happy with what they did.

I bought the $250 deal for 4 hrs and paid for 5 sy of high quality mulch. They brought a bunch of workers to clean up my lawn, weeds, trim bushes, redefine the edging that had sunk into the ground, fix my path and gate area. They also dug areas around each of my trees and put landscape fabric down before we mulched around the trees. It took longer than we had anticipated but for the amount it was a great deal since it would've taken me longer to do all this myself. I was worried initially due to the amount of work the coupon generated for Larry and the last reviews, but Larry stood by his word and did not charge me a penny more even though the work took longer than 4 hrs. He and his crew were friendly and joked around while they swiftly completed each task. I am thankful for Larry and his crew because my yard looks beautiful again! I will be a repeat customer.

Larry and crew were very efficient. At an extremely busy time of year for landscaping Larry worked at scheduling our project so we could enjoy our deck for the summer. He explained all that was going to happen during the project and communicated with us throughout.His crew was professional, timely, and the work performed was high quality, cutting no corners. Our deck is beautiful and we are very happy with the business and the work done. Will definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Larry (Centennial Landscaping) in conjunction with Rock (Fortress) designed our backyard landscaping as well as installed. Larry was always prompt and on time. We had a certain budget we wanted to stay within for this project and Larry worked with me to stay within that budget. He even went out to Home Depot to buy our HOA required plants - knowing they would be cheaper than the nursery he uses (probably, not as good of quality, but I appreciate the brainstorm!) Rock was out throughout the whole install process - from the rocks, cement, plants, and sod. We are very happy with the end result and I don't think we could have bet that price!I would 100% recommend to anyone.Thanks!!

The team of two was here on time and performed two hours of work, getting to all my initial requests and doing a little extra with remaining time.

They checked sprinklers and blew out system..I'm not sure what they charged as my husband paid them    I highly recommend them

This project was simple landscaping clean up, trim bushes, repair edging, prune trees, etc...but as stated above that's one thing I really like about Centennial is they have been in business long enough to handle any type of job from small to complete landscaping.  They do get busy sometimes, but trusting that you are hiring someone who provides quality and backs up their work is worth it to me.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and the service turned out well, but I think my only issue was that it took them quite a while, I think it was over a month, before they came out to do the service. When I spoke to the gentleman who owns the company he told me they had a lot of business because of the Big Deal. Although I think the quality of the deal was good and he was professional it took quite a while and I got a little concerned about if they did not follow through how I would get my money back and things like that. But, that did not turn out to be the problem. They did follow through and they did do the work.  My husband observed what they did and the final product and felt good about it. We felt like they did what we had purchased and that it was reasonable. It took a little while to get it scheduled and I had to follow up a couple of times. I emailed one of their gentlemen a number of times and it took a little while to get it done. I feel like if we had needed someone to come out the week we purchased the deal it would have been a problem. They knew that it took them longer than it should have, but when we finally set a date they came when they should have.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a great job. I actually called them back to do a fall clean up for me. They were right on time and very professional. I didn't have any problems. They did exactly what I asked them to do and they were very thorough.

Larry and his crew showed up in the late afternoon after they completed their days work on another job they were working on. I understood that this was when they could come and it was fine with me. They jumped in and spread a whole dump truck of mulch everywhere I told them in record time. Being senior citizens, it would have taken my husband and I at least a week or more to do the same job. We just are not up to this kind of heavy work anymore. <br />
