"This customer is a liar and a cheat -- the worst sort! Every ugly word she says is untrue and designed to get her off the hook from paying her considerable bill, which is more than $ 90,000. For weeks, my hard-working crew of 10 men worked on her property while she watched in glee and accepted this work, all the while knowing she was never going to pay for it. Who does that but total scum! Our invoices, which she conveniently ignored, were for payroll for my crew of 10 men -- men with kids, mortgages, car payments -- but she didn't care. This customer always had an excuse for not paying the latest bill, or lied about paying -- "Oh, I left a check on the dining room table for you," she'd tell us. But there was no check. Customer is entitled and dishonest -- she wants the work and wants to keep her money, too, but business doesn't operate like that. BTW, the "missing" materials weren't missing at all -- this lying customer had lots of fun choosing all sorts of great stuff for her renovation, but she hadn't PAID for any of it, which is why the vendors never delivered it. Finally, we have 50 new customers every year -- only one acts like this nasty and dishonest lady. Our case against her is now in court, so this customer has some nerve even writing a "review" -- her bias and self-interest far outway anything of merit she has to say about my business or our excellent crew. In addition to being a cheat and a liar, she's vindictive, too."
