Awesome job by Joe and his team!!!! He explained everything that needed to happen to make the grout look new and what to do afterwards to keep the titles/grout amazing. Joe was very professional and so is the team! Have and would recommend his company to get the job done without paying over!!!

We've owned a home for about 2 years now. Trying to find dependable, reasonably priced repair technicians has become a large headache in the Waco area. Thankfully, we found Joseph and Centex Floors. This guy is proactive in communication, honest, thoughtful and hard working. He sent pictures of the work he did when we were away from our home and communicated clearly to make sure the agreed-upon works was preformed to our expectations. He had to make more trips than he expected to finish the job. He did not raise the price even when he underbid a work order. We sent him an upfront payment before he completed the work and he followed through as planned. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I really appreciate the work he and his team did. We received a few quotes for the work he did and his prices were below on equal to other contractors. Yet, his level of service is extremely professional.

Centex Custom Floors is very professional and knowledgeable about all types of flooring from installation to repairs. They did a fantastic job, and we will hire them again in the near future. They also did a very tough repair job on my kitchen floors.

Joe was great. He worked with our schedules to install the new flooring. We are painting the bedrooms one by one and replacing the carpet with vinyl flooring. He is very flexible to come do each room when are ready.

Cen Tex Flooring did a wonderful job in installing Luxury Vinyl floors througout my home. Joseph gave good guidance in choosing an affordable, quality product and his estimate for the job was reasonable. He had to do some problem solving during the installation because of my uneven floor, but the finished floors are flat, solid-feeling to walk on and beautiful. Choosing Cen Tex for my job was a very good decision.

5-STAR Service: Joseph the owner of the company took my call and came to the work site within an hour to review the scope of work and make a recommendation to how to best solve the problem. We agreed to a fair price and scheduled a commitment to the calendar. When the day came for work Joseph was on time and took extra care to stay as needed to complete the work correctly. The Kitchen floor was restored to a smooth surface needed for the next step in the kitchen restoration. I would highly recommend Joseph and his team for work and I will hire him again in the future.

Team went above and beyond to fix the poor work done to the house and did a guest room, 2 closets, and 2 doorways, leaving an excellent job for a very good price. They were friendly and worked extremely hard did the job in just about 6 hours, and were courteous the whole time. Definitely going to recommend to any friends that need a floor install!
