Tech did not return as scheduled for the work. After a few phone calls, the owner of the company, Mr. Brian Wrong, came to my home and determined that a line set replacement was not required and advised he would refund my money within 30 days. about 40 days later, I have received no refund and the company phone number has a full voicemail box. When he came to my home five weeks ago, Mr. Wrong indicated he had fired all the other techs and office staff and was going back to his former business model. Unfortunately, it appears that he may try to not repay this $900 debt.

First visit restored functionality of the heating unit but left some necessary work for a second visit. The techs were a no-show for the second visit. When I called to follow up, I was advised they were trapped on another job site and couldn't meet the appointment, so we had to reschedule. The tech showed up as scheduled on the next appointment, and completed all the work he could do but had to schedule a third appointment to finish the work because he didn't have the materials with him to do so. It is important to note that my unit worked fine after the first service call, so all this follow-on work comprised testing the unit to determine why it failed in the first place (i.e., locate a probable freon leak), seal some leaking ductwork, installing an ionizer and replacing the lead line/filter between the compressor and the coil. Summary: knowledgeable and capable staff, pleasant people to deal with, reasonable pricing. However, they do not perform comprehensive assessments and work plans, so the whole repair/replace process can drag out into several visits. If you get the chance to work with Omar Martinez, you will find him prompt, courteous, and competent. Good guy - committed to making things right!

They told me that my vents were dirty and they said there's proof that I had black mold in my air conditioner. I then had somebody else come in and they said there wasn't any black mold. Central Air Service misinformed me but I think they did do the tune-up for my A/C system.

Central Air Service has been very conscientious and professional and kind through the entire time they have been working with me. They have been trying very hard to find the cause of the problem with this unit, and have been trying to get the Carrier home office to send an engineer down to take a look at it, but without much luck, so far. I would highly recommend Central Air Service.

The technician was patient and knowledgeable. He explained every step so I understood what was involved. He worked with me on my requirement that the inside core be removed and thoroughly cleaned. This however was not part of the package and it necessitated another appointment to get it done for an additional cost of $450.00.

The air flow is better, but not as big a difference as I would have liked. They were very nice and professional so I am not blaming them for my incomplete approval. Just wish it hadn't been so expensive, but that's not their fault. They did not try to talk us into anything we didn't want to do. They completed the work we asked for them.
