Called Carlos for a quote and he came out the next morning, and gave me his opinions with no pressure, by the end of the week I had decided on going with the quote provided by CAS. They showed up on the day I had requested for installation and worked diligently to get the job done. I was impressed by the size of the crew that arrived. This made the installation go much faster. Payment was easy and trouble free. I have another smaller AC that needs replacement soon and I will be calling Carlos w/CAS.

Carlos Morales/Central Air Solutions is exceptionally friendly, helpful and reasonably priced for absolutely professional service. We needed to replace a central air unit which is extremely expensive and anxiety provoking. Of all the estimates we requested, Central Air Solutions proved to be the least costly by over a $1000! Carlos is extremely patient in explaining what was needed, and even persuaded us to undertake the minimal amount of changes needed to spare us more expense. That kind of honesty is rare, especially when your AC dies in the middle of a wretched summer and all the other companies are hiking their prices to take advantage. Carlos' staff worked rapidly and professionally to install our AC. He made himself available for every phone call along the way and came out several times to smooth little issues that were quickly handled. In my experience with installing a new over/under central air unit, this company did an excellent job of saving me money while performing good sound work.

Absolutely wonderful! Carlos came and explained all my options to me and gave me a quote in minutes. He actually went up into the hot attic and inspected everything! They were able to do it the next day, and they arrived on time, and when they were done they even showed me the pictures! I would definitely hire him again if needed. He was honest and very knowledgable.

I had another company come out a day before and didn't know what the problem was. Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable. I recently relocated and purchased a home in The south Florida area, and much to my surprise I quickly realized my air conditioner wasn’t working! What a Nightmare! The process of moving was stressful enough! So imagine without AC in This south Fl Heat! I took my time, did lots of research and came across the only company that seemed to have the best reviews and best ratings as far as customer service and quality of work. I contacted central air solutions and spoke with a man named (Carlos) who was extremely knowledgeable and after just a few minutes on the phone next thing I knew he said “ I can be there by 10am” I was so surprised how quick they work! Since my scenerio was so unexpected and in my eyes “last minute” I assumed I would have to make an appointment for a later date, but Carlos treated me like a VIP customer! Kept his word was here on time and did a phenomenal job! Thanks to air solutions and their profesional staff I can gladly write this review relieved of stress and in ice cold air! Haha thanks guys! Will definitely only be dealing with you guys from now on!
