    Total class act with true a professional touch. Right from the time they arrived with an estimate to the time I signed the contract through scheduling the installation. They arrived on time, put drop clothes down from the door to upstairs bedroom and halls. Very impressed. Also made sure we ordered the correct equipment before starting. They even contacted me to explain where the refrigerant line would go before proceeding. Team were great. They ran unit for an hour to make sure it was operating correctly. They reviewed with me how to operate the thermostat, explained a few things on the air handler and explicitly told me to contact the office with any questions or clarifications. The price was reasonable and would recommend them to all. There should be more businesses run this way with professionalism and great customer service.

    Central air conditioning died August 2. Once I discovered it was beyond repair I called numerous companies, after reading online reviews, about local HVAC companies. I called many of the companies that I reviewed. Several Companies told me they couldn't give me price for at least one week and three didn't return my call about a price. Company B did come to my home and give me a price. They told me I needed a new furnace if I wanted to have optimum heating and cooling efficiency and told me it would be 7-10 days before they could do the installation. Company B gave me a price for a new AC system and a price for new heating and AC system. Central Air Systems came the next day and said they wouldn't install a cooling system unless we replaced the furnace also. They listed their reasons: age of the furnace (28 years) and installing a coil in a system that isn't compatible with Lennox could lead to problems down the road. Greg, the salesman from Central Air Systems, also explained the zero percent financing offer. Company B didn't offer zero percent financing, only 18 months deferred interest. When I told Company B about the zero percent financing from Central Air they said they do offer zero percent. I told Company the information on their proposal and in their emails stated 18 months deferred interest. I emailed Company B the information about their own financing and Company B insisted again they offer zero percent when I asked them to prove it by putting it in writing they wouldn't. Central Air Systems gave me a price that was $2100.00 lower than Company B. Installation was close to two weeks from the time they gave me the proposal. I wish installation was sooner, due to the extreme heat and humidity but I understand they had previously scheduled jobs. Central called three days before the installation to ask if the technician could stop by and take some final measurements. The salesman, during the initial visit to my home, also measured and took pictures of where the furnace and AC will be placed. Central also called the day prior to installation to confirm again that their technicians will arrive at 7AM. Technicians arrived at 6:45 which was okay with us. Technicians worked until mid afternoon removing and installing the AC and gas furnace. Technicians explained how to use the new thermostat and answered all questions I had about the system. Technicians were polite, respectful, courteous and professional. So far the AC works properly and we are satisfied. I do recommend Central Air Systems to anyone who is considering a new heating and cooling system.

    They where late. But everything else went great. Installation went smooth.The head installer was very detailed and precise on where everything was placed. Even though no one will see it in the attic.Will recommend them to others.

    Smooth process from estimate to installation. Team worked well together, got the job done in a day and a half, left everything neat and clean. It's November so we'll see how it works in July, but it looks impressive. Can't wait to try it.
